now that i think about it there is a very little chance it's haarp because what haarp does is move the atmosphere thats just like moving air there is no or very little friction so there wouldn't be any noices

Maybe that is why my powers do not work as they use to i use to make a psi ball fast but ever since the noise its really hard

I looked at a lot of videos of (including this video), I'll simply say something will happen in the near future. I don't know how it'll transpire, but change is on the horizon and we must prepare for the worse if it comes. Even the Earth it self is telling us in these video's of strange noises humming and semi screaming sound under these noises. As a last note one of our dogs at home is freaking out almost every evening. Probably hearing the noises because to them is clearer. I"ll need to sit outside to hear them tonight, if the noise is still recurring.

Anyway, Ive spent months assembling data about things like EEMP-4 and HAARp. Its all very interesting, and as a result I have invented ways to counter things like EEMP-4 (For those who don't know, this is a device invented by the United States Government to curtail psionic powers within a certain radius).

I can't even explain it it's just loud, obnoxious and freaky. It reminds of a sound the sky would make if it was being torn apart.
