I just asked question a day or two ago about Visualization and Tactile Visualization and witch one was best for telekinesis and someone said I could try willpower. So I wanted to know how do I use willpower for telekinesis? Is it a means of telling an object to move by say move over and over again in my mind? Or is it more knowing what I want to happen and just focusing on the object and watch it happen? Or is it something else? Pease let me know.

No, unfortunately that is called 'talking to yourself'. You don't say anything, you don't visualize anything. You connect with your object, open your TK channel and move. Think of it in this sense, when controlling your body and moving around you usually aren't thinking about what you want your limbs to do, you just do it. Same concept with TK.
