What Search Bar?

Okely-doke. I have a "What if?" question.

What if there was a link right below the link to chat that took you to Google Custom Search?

What if it was on the left side of the page?

Would this be good to use to find answers and not waste an article?

Could we possibly direct repeated questions to this Search bar?
