could someone gimme some clarification on this and posibly a technique to get there

No Jaroddz, you failed. Verse is the existance preluding Earth, and existed long before Earth did. It is where all souls reside, and go back to. The Astral Realm is in a pocket dimension in Verse.

The verse is a dimension in the astral planes, the astral planes are planes (levels) or existance, bith natural and super natural.
