Water dragon bullet jutsu
first you must be at least intermediate or advance in controling ki or hydrokinesis. first make a big water energy ball. after that shape it into a chinese dragon and program it to attack the enemy fore thirty seconds and comsume the enemy and explode on the last attack that it makes.
i have never tried to this technique because im not into hydrokinesis please let me know if it works.
