A war is shaking the astral realm to the core. Help me stop the war quickly or the realm's doomed. Thank you. Please dont post anything besides "Cant make it" or "I can make it."

What's going on? How do you visit the astral plane? Please e-mail me at johnsonlyndon13@gmail.com and explain this to me. I may be a beginner at -kinesis, but I'm very good at manipulating energy and I'm a natural empath, I found out. So, I can heal. I can and want to help. Please e-mail me.

This is pretty stupid being that the realm cant be destroyed -.-.
There are some minor battles, but no war yet.

i would love to make it, but i cant seem to even be able to leave my body, some assistance would be greatly appreceiated, i would like to fullfill my duty to protect the astral realm the best i can, and if i cant then i would like to see it before its to late to see anymore :(

i went there last night and the hole place is covered in darkness, and to make things wrose i got hit by some lunarkinesis blast when i was flying and woke me up
