Another useful repost of mine:

Eventhough these idiots are still roaming around free I just think it is time to make a new article. It is called vita-kinesis and it shows you how to heal your body. Attentionit only works with your own body ! At first you should infect yourself with something incureable like hepatitis or aids. You could also try to get malaria or something else while your on vacation but something uncureable would be the best cause you can see the results afterwards.

If you are infected try to focus all of your psi-power on your body. You should feel the problems slowly leaving your body. If you hate someone really much try to store the disease in your hand and hit the person with it. If you do it correct the other person has the disease now ! Of yourse you need a lot of training. Try it when you are ill or if you are a little drunk. Alcohol also works on your body like a disease cause the chemics in it should be making you feel dizzy and all that. After some weeks you should be ready to finally try it with a uncureable disease. 

ATTENTION this kind of telekinesis doesnt work for others ! You can only perform it on your self !
