The veil restricts the use of magick and energy manipulation. All humans can use and do all of those. Willed souls can just do it a lot easier and with less effort. Still find the term willed soul inadequate and not needed, why not say people with lots of potential. Anyways, tons of skeletal and organ changes, possibly a couple of new ones.

When the veil falls, energy will become physical, and so whenever you manipulate energy like normal, it will be seen in the physical world instead of the astral. A psi ball is a construct :P

technically raven thats not true completely Because humans can do the metaphysical they wont change when it falls but it will be alot easier for them to see results

Uh...we're not sure!i mean for the veil falling.what i believe is that if you're an enhanced soul you'll get unbound AND your true form and if you're a willed soul either you get unbound too or nothing happens to you because you donlt have binds.we don't know for sure.now if you're human nothing happens too.
