Lung Infestation

Inside your forearm, generate spiky, dense balls of dark energy-small, but extremely

dense. Make them about one millimeter in diameter. Once you have a hundred or so,

release them from your hand chakra, directing them towards your enemy. He/she will

breath them in, and the energy will impact the lung tissue, and, depending on the strength

of the energy, will cause coughing and chest pain, all the way up to massive hemorrhaging

and internal bleeding.

Basic Suggestion

Look into your target's eyes. Say a specific command (nothing too contrary to their

mindset, obviously, "take off your clothes" isnt a good one to start with!). As each word

leaves your mouth, envision the sound wave impacting their third eye and crown chakra,

then entering their mind. At the same time, charge your words with as much energy as

possible, plus push down on all their chakras with your auric energy.

Easy Beginner's TK

Stand an object on end (such as a pencil), and balance it. Place your hands, in a cupped

fashion, around on either side of the object, and expel energy from your hands. Condense

the energy into a beam, and focus it on the object. The object will sway to and fro.
