Hello all, it's been a minute since I have written an informational article.
So, without further ado, let's address several topics.

Shielding-Defense and Offense

Essentially everyone knows how to use basic shields. Simply projecting a field of energy

around you. However, I will go a little more in-depth, with some techniques I have

developed and used, with great success.

Radiative Shield

At first, this resembles a normal bubble shield, when in reality, what it is, is a field of

minimally offensive energy around you, that disrupts anyone near you. Create a standard

bubble shield, but make the shield a construct. Program the shield to radiate energy

outwards and blast the ajna chakra of nearby beings with a constant, low-level energy

stream. Initially, there is very little effect, however, within a few minutes, concentration

and focus will begin to break down. You can radiate the energy at a higher potency level,

and it will disrupt shields, and cause damage to the energy system as well. effectively, you

are cooking your enemies simply by being there.

Encapsulative Shield

As it's name suggests, this shield works in a similar fashion as the plasma membrane on

the outside of a protist. Program the shield to bend around incoming attacks, quickly

forming a bubble around the attacking energies. Draw the capsule towards you, and either

discard it, or absorb it into yourself.

Offense

Here are some tips on how to break down shields quickly and effectively, with minimal

effort.

Spreader Attack

Create a sphere of energy, programmed to attack. Spread the attack out until it is larger

than the target's shields. Wrap it around them, and close your ball. It will cause enormous

trouble with their defenses.

Ki Spear

A rather well known tecnique.
Pull energy in through your left hand. Create a block in your right hand, and funnel the

energy you absorb into the area just behind the block. Continue to pull the energy in until

you can no longer hold it in. Once you have reached that stage, release the energy in a

dense, thin beam of energy. Target either a single chakra, or split the beam to target

multiple chakras. Once your beam impacts the chakras, punch all the way into the center

of each, then rapidly expand your spears. The end result is the 'shattering' of the targets

chakras, and this essentially cripples their powers.

Pyrokinetic Offense

Fire Pull:

Concentrate on a flame nearby (a small campfire of torch works best). Stretch out with

your senses and get a feel of the flame's energy. Once you have a firm 'hold' on the fire,

pull it towards you with your will power. The first time you try this, it should bend

slightly. Practice this until you can completely pull it to you over a distance of several

feet.
Now, the fun part. Stand near the fire. Pull it towards your hand, then, reflect the flames

off your hand, and shove it towards your opponent. If you do this quickly enough, the fire

will not have time to go out-and your opponent will get a face full of fire!

Electric Pull (1)

Concentrate on a wall socket. Stretch your hand out, and funnel a tube of energy into the

wires within the circuit box. Pull electrons into your hand chakra. You will feel a buzzing

sensation. Once you have stored enough energy inside your hand, expel the energy as a

super-condensed beam towards your enemy. This is a very impressive attack, as you will

see a visible arc travel from your hands towards your target. Try it in a dark room, it

looks cool.

Electric Pull (2)

This time, try the basic pull with a power line. Pull it towards you and wrap the electrons

around your entire arm. You will see sparks flying off the line-dont be alarmed. Your arm

will go numb. Then, expel it as above, and you will see a distortion in the air, followed by

an arc (warning: dont try this on a living target, unless that person is skilled enough not

to be harmed!)

Lightning Call (3)

One of the most powerful offensive techniques ever contrived. This is for advanced

electrokinetics only! Until you have mastered the two techs above this one, do NOT even

think about trying this!
OK, wait for a thunderstorm, first off.
Once there is one with visible lightning strikes, reach out with your senses, into the

clouds. You will feel the static electricity and magnetism there. Concentrate it at the base

of a thunderhead.
Pick a strike target at least one thousand meters away. Ensure you are not near trees or

swimming pools, bodies of water, etc. A bare slack dump is the best.
Hold the energy in the cloud. Now, at your target, create an energy vacuum (essentially a

'black hole' if you are advanced, you know what it is), and link it with the energy buildup

inside the cloud. Once you are sure your cloud energy will travel directly to the

target-release it. Immediately drop to the ground, covering your ears. If you did it right,

there will be a heat wave and a loud boom. If not, it will either hit you, or not happen at

all.
