[fgopl] 1:05 pm: Make a psi ball in a darkened room. Absorb the dark energy in the room. Visualize it like the psi ball is attracting the dark psi. Then make a psi ball with that energy.
[fgopl] 1:06 pm: so...basically, we focus on the darkness

[fgopl] 1:06 pm: see the blackness being drawn into your hand.
[fgopl] 1:06 pm: use your basic EM and make a psiball, but with that darkness.

[fgopl] 1:10 pm: grounding is when you see roots coming from the earth to you and drawing energy
[fgopl] 1:10 pm: just do that to some1 else.
