I've been getting 1-2 e-mails per week for a few years now and I want to address the most important questions asked. I do read some of the e-mails and comments, but instead of responding to each individually, I will post them here for all to see.

Question: please explain in a little bit more detail about HOW to think of nothing as it seems to be impossible every time I try PLEASE explain. Answer: Thinking of nothing is easy. Your mind will start to think about endless topics and you wont be able to concentrate. However, there are ways to think of nothing. Some suggest to focus in your breath, but I think that with enough practice of trying to really make your mind BLANK, you will succeed. Clearing your mind is a very important skill to ensure your telekinetic success. Just try to clear it. Think of nothing. Close your eyes. Go somewhere completely calm. You can succeed.

Question: Can anyone learn telekinesis? Answer: Yes. The amount of time it takes people to learn telekinesis will vary greatly. While someone who has a strong mind will develop telekinesis within months, someone not so apt to the arts will take much longer. That's the reason why many people believe that some "can't" do it. But everyone can, just keep focused.

Question: Have you ever seen or accomplished TK? Answer: Yes. Its not the way everyone thinks it is though. When one mentions "telekinesis" the first image you see is probably of Luke moving an object from a distance. I have yet to believe or see such things. However, telekinesis does not manifest in other ways and I am by no means saying that it isn't possible, or even likely, to move physical objects with your mind. Keep reading this site for more info.

Question: When you said the very skilled learn it in two years,what would you consider a very skilled person to be like? I am trying to learn to meditate, but whenever I sit down and try, just when I am about to visualize a beach or forest my mom comes in. I have told her to stay out of my room on countless occasions. She thinks telekinesis is a waste of time. And if I go outside, next thing I know Im sitting in the middle of a circle of kids/adults surrounding me asking if Im a loon. What should I do? Answer: Since you are probably a teenager, the first thing I'd recommend is to stop going out just to practice telekinesis inside your room. Second, you can always meditate at night when your parents are not around, but don't lose sleep over it. Third, don't be discouraged by what your mom says. You will eventually find the truth yourself (i.e. whether telekinesis works for you or not).

i dedicated 4 days learning tk when i was 14 and was easily able to move an 8x11 (printer paper sized) psi wheel. however, i'm trying to relearn it and having a much harder time at 20! its probably because of the reduction of nueroplastic change with age & the destruction of unused nueropathways after puberty :/. So if you want to learn tk quickly, learn it young!

Oh, and let me describe the "telekentic event" I had when I was 8 (from the dialog below). When I was 8, I was alone in my living room. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon and I was sitting on my couch. As a littler girl, I used to love to pull the couch cushions up and collect the coins that my parents friends and anyone else may have accidentally left behind. That day, I had a shiny quarter in my hand and I placed it in my closed palms. I sat on the couch and for about 30 minutes I visualized it appearing underneath the couch cushion I was sitting on. As hard as it is for me to believe as an adult---- I opened my palms, looked down and there was nothing in my little hands. I can still see the image in my mind's eye. I jumped up and pulled the couch cushion and there was the quarter. At the time, as I was saying, I didn't think these kinds of things were impossible so I ran into the bathroom to tell my mom about it. I thought she would be proud of my accomplishment. When she dismissed it with disbelief, I was so confused and deflated. Anyone else with similar experiences???? I need to know how to reconnect with this ability.

I achieved a telekenetic episode/event when I was 8. At the time, I completely thought it was in the realm of possiblility (I had been watching kid movies like Escape from Witch Mountain) and when the event occurred it didn't surprise me as much as delighted me. It was a sense of "Yay! I finally did it". I ran into the bathroom where my mother was getting ready, so I could tell her and she was like, "ok, yeah right." and thought it was a little kid daydream or game. I still remember it vividly to this day. However, I hadn't revisited this topic until very, very recently. I also have the ability to shut down pain as it happens. For instance, when I was 16 I used to get intense menstrual cramps and I would practice mind control to shut out the pain. I'm not sure if they are inter-related or not, but I would be interested in knowing if anyone else has had similar experiences. To this day, if I get headaches I can choose whether or not to feel the pain of them.

I have been practicing several types of kinesis since i was a child, i found that is very true to say that ever one has a different way to do it, i have found that my best best ability has shown through pyrokinesis. Try different things, learn as much as you can, and meditate.. Knowledge REALLY is power!

most people should start their telekinesis by relaxing then rubbing your palms together, then by focussing your energie to the object, but i'm still working on it

while i was on a vacation in reno i went to the arcade when there was a machine thagt u had to knock the coins and each coin was worth 7 tokens so i tried a strange methon where it seemed like the method was in a very ssmal partof your brain and the rest of your brain wasnt thinking any thing. i only had1 succes with this method when i moved a coin 7 months ago but it only seemed to be a coincedence, so i didnt know what i was doing so i tryed the same thing and i saw the coin and when i saw that coin flinch i went so crazy so i pk ed the coin into the machine and i won 7 tickets every time i tried the same thing happened and i blew my cousins mind. but when i got i havent got any succes without the machine, and last night i came up with the conclusion that my brain was "set" to only pk when i would get a reward like seven tickets. and thats my story if any one has any advice for me please write an articl on this website. thank u
