I've been getting 1-2 e-mails per week for a few years now and I want to address the most important questions asked. I do read some of the e-mails and comments, but instead of responding to each individually, I will post them here for all to see.
Question: please explain in a little bit more detail about HOW to think of nothing as it seems to be impossible every time I try PLEASE explain. Answer: Thinking of nothing is easy. Your mind will start to think about endless topics and you wont be able to concentrate. However, there are ways to think of nothing. Some suggest to focus in your breath, but I think that with enough practice of trying to really make your mind BLANK, you will succeed. Clearing your mind is a very important skill to ensure your telekinetic success. Just try to clear it. Think of nothing. Close your eyes. Go somewhere completely calm. You can succeed.
Question: Can anyone learn telekinesis? Answer: Yes. The amount of time it takes people to learn telekinesis will vary greatly. While someone who has a strong mind will develop telekinesis within months, someone not so apt to the arts will take much longer. That's the reason why many people believe that some "can't" do it. But everyone can, just keep focused.

Question: Have you ever seen or accomplished TK? Answer: Yes. Its not the way everyone thinks it is though. When one mentions "telekinesis" the first image you see is probably of Luke moving an object from a distance. I have yet to believe or see such things. However, telekinesis does not manifest in other ways and I am by no means saying that it isn't possible, or even likely, to move physical objects with your mind. Keep reading this site for more info.
Question: When you said the very skilled learn it in two years,what would you consider a very skilled person to be like? I am trying to learn to meditate, but whenever I sit down and try, just when I am about to visualize a beach or forest my mom comes in. I have told her to stay out of my room on countless occasions. She thinks telekinesis is a waste of time. And if I go outside, next thing I know Im sitting in the middle of a circle of kids/adults surrounding me asking if Im a loon. What should I do? Answer: Since you are probably a teenager, the first thing I'd recommend is to stop going out just to practice telekinesis inside your room. Second, you can always meditate at night when your parents are not around, but don't lose sleep over it. Third, don't be discouraged by what your mom says. You will eventually find the truth yourself (i.e. whether telekinesis works for you or not).

i am also a beliver in "kenisis" of all sorts because when i was about 4 or 5 i was playing with my brother and i ran into my moms bedroom and i was laughing wildly and all of a sudden a remoteontroled car that had been sitting on a shelf for a while with the remote flew off the shelf and stoped on the floor, i was pritty scared.

ewll yes one must have a clear mind when practicing tk much like the "force" from starwars much of the same based principals the "medaclorians" an such well nyways tk is based on emotion as well when i was about 6years old I was crying mad and hurt about something in which I forget at this moment and when i was in my mom's bathroom in her room I screamed in anger for the bathroom door to eith open or close it did as I asked it then scared the heck out of me and I neva did that again that was approxiamently 11years ago I am on a numerious number of sites sites that teach things that most would think are impossible skills to obtain like the bending an manipulation of the natural elements and ect... or people born with special esps they don't quit fully understand so i am very much a believer in tk as I have done it before an seen other people do it as well science stats that for an object to be moved work must be done inorder to over power the apposing force of the object it may not look like the object is exerting a force but it is when the apposing force of an object is greater then the pbject then the object will move simple physics thats why your body's natural energy is what technically moves the object much like a bonding tool that allows you to manipulate an objects location at will everything in the world is made up of matter well except for black holes and space anyways everything that is made up of matter contains a serface charge rather or not you can see it or test it is invisible to the naked eye an when your chi,ki,electrical synapsis of the mind(chemical charges & reactions) that is used to help you human self comprehend the world around you any form of kenises would not be possible if not for this small detail so just cause you can't see somehting or believe in the power of the worlds largest supercomputer aka your minds doesn't mean the possibilitys of its full potential are just a little bit too far fetched to believe okz every one ;D!

I was trying levitation because I can feel my energy in the object when I'm holding it. I pull on the energy, and feel it moving slightly but the object doesn't budge... Is there something else I should be doing?

And for anyone who want's to learn telekinesis just start with Ki training like Ki balls and putting power into it Ki feels like a magnet just focus the energy on the object. And if you train daily you can move a battery or bend a spoon in 2 weeks.Just train hard

Telekinesis is useless because it's only Ki pushing a object even with mastery you can only move a small object that is somewhat heavy.

i dedicated 4 days learning tk when i was 14 and was easily able to move an 8x11 (printer paper sized) psi wheel. however, i'm trying to relearn it and having a much harder time at 20! its probably because of the reduction of nueroplastic change with age & the destruction of unused nueropathways after puberty :/. So if you want to learn tk quickly, learn it young!

Oh, and let me describe the "telekentic event" I had when I was 8 (from the dialog below). When I was 8, I was alone in my living room. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon and I was sitting on my couch. As a littler girl, I used to love to pull the couch cushions up and collect the coins that my parents friends and anyone else may have accidentally left behind. That day, I had a shiny quarter in my hand and I placed it in my closed palms. I sat on the couch and for about 30 minutes I visualized it appearing underneath the couch cushion I was sitting on. As hard as it is for me to believe as an adult---- I opened my palms, looked down and there was nothing in my little hands. I can still see the image in my mind's eye. I jumped up and pulled the couch cushion and there was the quarter. At the time, as I was saying, I didn't think these kinds of things were impossible so I ran into the bathroom to tell my mom about it. I thought she would be proud of my accomplishment. When she dismissed it with disbelief, I was so confused and deflated. Anyone else with similar experiences???? I need to know how to reconnect with this ability.

At the time, I completely thought it was in the realm of possiblility (I had been watching kid movies like Escape from Witch Mountain) and when the event occurred it didn't surprise me as much as delighted me. It was a sense of "Yay! I finally did it". I ran into the bathroom where my mother was getting ready, so I could tell her and she was like, "ok, yeah right." and thought it was a little kid daydream or game. I still remember it vividly to this day. However, I hadn't revisited this topic until very, very recently. I also have the ability to shut down pain as it happens. For instance, when I was 16 I used to get intense menstrual cramps and I would practice mind control to shut out the pain. I'm not sure if they are inter-related or not, but I would be interested in knowing if anyone else has had similar experiences. To this day, if I get headaches I can choose whether or not to feel the pain of them.

I have been practicing several types of kinesis since i was a child, i found that is very true to say that ever one has a different way to do it, i have found that my best best ability has shown through pyrokinesis. Try different things, learn as much as you can, and meditate.. Knowledge REALLY is power!

But there is only one problem.I've had psychic friends tell me that if I want to have telekinesis, I might open up more psychic abilities. And if worse, as to what they say, my clairvoyance might open up again. I mean,really?

most people should start their telekinesis by relaxing then rubbing your palms together, then by focussing your energie to the object, but i'm still working on it

while i was on a vacation in reno i went to the arcade when there was a machine thagt u had to knock the coins and each coin was worth 7 tokens so i tried a strange methon where it seemed like the method was in a very ssmal partof your brain and the rest of your brain wasnt thinking any thing. i only had1 succes with this method when i moved a coin 7 months ago but it only seemed to be a coincedence, so i didnt know what i was doing so i tryed the same thing and i saw the coin and when i saw that coin flinch i went so crazy so i pk ed the coin into the machine and i won 7 tickets every time i tried the same thing happened and i blew my cousins mind. but when i got i havent got any succes without the machine, and last night i came up with the conclusion that my brain was "set" to only pk when i would get a reward like seven tickets. and thats my story if any one has any advice for me please write an articl on this website. thank u
