time stopping

hellow fellow psions and enerfy workers i just wanted to know if theres a psi tech that if your able to stop time 4 a few minutes and me being abe the only ine to move and see

also i want the know how long does it take to master this technique a few months or a year

Yeah,well its not a psi tech its type of kinesis ability its called horokinesis its an enhance version of chronokinesis it allows you too time travel,slow down movements or speed them up,and physically freeze time

You might be looking for chronokinesis? I've never done it so I dunno how long it would take to master it, but once you learn it time won't be a problem.
