I’m a liar. You’re a liar.

This world is the lie, and the truth is the biggest lie of them all. If that is the prevalent truth then what kind of people are the worst liars? Spiritual people. They lie to themselves everyday, their spirituality is their protection, their beliefs are their shield, their lies are their death. In other words they even lie about when their lying. They lie because of simple attachment. It is the most serious thing in the world to them, nothing is casual when it comes to their soul. Without this attachment this universe would be empty to these people.

They will lie and use utter confidence.

They will argue if they think it’s the only path.

They will use their opinions and irrelevant assumptions as unconditional facts.

They will have the paramount disguise.

They are selfish just as other people.

Without living with this attachment ignorance will always be there. They lie just like another, only relentless disguise. Believe with your eyes open, listen carefully. Even of the words I’m saying, don’t trust or mock me, or yourself. That is the danger, and that is the game. Unfortunately we don’t have the supreme luxury of being correct all the time, truthfulness is all we have.

As soon as we open our mouths we lie. Be careful of these words, be careful of your own. Observe and listen to what you say, what is predominantly true? We want our words to be true but deep down we understand that self-realization is that were only fake. And when we are insecure about something we raise our voice to others because of our “beliefs” we thus are only assuring ourselves. Many spiritual people have a deep fear of other people. They find refuge in spirituality because in spirituality they are allowed to be alone, they are even encouraged to look in and less out, they are encouraged not to interact with others-a true paradise for someone that is afraid of communication and connection. This is only an escape, we all have one. There never is any confrontation of these fears, only avoidance.

The first sign of someone who is afraid of other people is a mask that he/she wears, a certain hypocritical buffer that one maintains and for this action they will lie. It comes from fear you shouldn’t be judgmental.

Religious lies, Political lies, Intellectual lies, Emotional lies…how is one better or more severe then the other? We have no choice to give into lies when choosing a certain path.
