The Trape Sheild
Ok. I think this has allready been done but Hey Ho.
Step 1-- Make a simple bubble sheld to envelope you. Make it dense like crazy.
Step 2 Program the energy so that when it is touched, It sends out a hollow sphere of energy to trap whoever or whatever touched it. Use Visualisation to make it so that the sphere in impenetrateable from the inside but things can enter from the outside.
Step 3 Program the Sphere that they are trapped in to A- Keep them there so you can escape. B- Close in on them with fire or any element therefor crushing and killing them.
Or you can just execute them.
If this has been done before then sorry. But i use this thing like crazy.

The shield "could" have already been done, but maybe posters could benefit from the way you describe your method.
