This article is based on using your 3rd eye. Now before you go running off and doing whatever people say, let me say this first. EVERYTHING on this site is guidelines. To really master a kinesis, you have to find out what works best for you. With that being said, let’s begin.

The 3rd eye right? Wrong. It’s not a real eye; just something we call it to help us understand it more. So, how do you use it? Well, when you meditate for about 25-30 minutes, try visualizing it. But try not to see it as an appendage.

1. Because it is extremely creepy

2. It can distract you. Because if you focus on what the eye might look like, before you know it, you will have lost your focus. However, these are guidelines and everybody is different. So "seeing the eye" might actually help you.

Anyway, when you "visualize" the eye, try to feel it as funnel. What can help sometimes, is visualizing it as a magenta-purple tornado, with simple purple lines spiraling the funnel. Then imagine either energy flowing out of it or into it. What helps ME is like energy looking like a purple or gray fog.

When you are done, you should be "visualizing" a funnel coming out of your 3rd eye (it helps me meditate etc. when I imagine energy being infinite in my eye. Being one with the universe right?) And a funnel going out through the back. Then when using kinesis, I imagine (it differs for different kinesis, etc.) energy coming from the infinite awesome universe as like gray or golden yellow fog or particles then going through the middle of the funnel sides, where the actual third eye is. then I imagine the third eye releasing soft passive golden ( or the color of your kinesis like blue for water, green and gold for vita, and red for pyro. of course this depends. do what works best for you) shock wave, transforming the energy to a certain kind.

When this is finished, gather up your energy and use it, to heat up stuff, freeze water, move water, etc.

Extra: the changing or transformation of the energy is not made up. This actually happens. Maybe not directly into water chakra, but as you may know, or not know it, energy cannot, I repeat NEVER EVER EVER be destroyed, gone, lost, etc. Only changed. Like recycling paper. You can’t actually make the paper gone, because if you burn it, it would turn to smoke, and smoldering ashes, or a new paper product.
