The Shadow World (Advanced Umbrakinesis Technique)

This technique should not be used if you're just gonna play around with it. This is very dangerous and you should NOT take it lightly.

 

The Shadow World

To create your own world of shadows;

 

1.Meditate for 2 hours or more. Meditate on all of your chakras glowing.

2.Visualize dark energy coming from your root chakra and surrounding you in pure darkness.

3.Continue to expand the darkness and visualize everything being covered in darkness, including yourself.

4.Try to "feel" everything around you; your environment, yourself, and your mind.

5.DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES WHEN YOU ARE IN THE SHADOW WORLD. YOU WON'T SEE THE CONSEQUENCE NOW BUT YOU WILL SEE IT IN THE FUTURE.

6.Bring everything back to normal when you are satisfied.

7.Open your eyes.

@Miyazakura Children? Sounds to me these kids are responsible enuff to know right from wrong.
@shadow0777: This creates a world where you can command shadows to do your every bidding. It helps in training too because you can create shadow enemies and train your attacks/defenses.
