The Memoirs of Twilar Sylaethus (just updated)

This article was written by Twilar Sylaethus on 2008-10-07 under Member Pages.

Sadly, the intended article went kaput, and would not let me put in the proper password, so I will have to do with this. Hope you guys enjoy the continuation.

I cannot believe I am doing this. Pretty much no one will believe a word I put down. My life is possibly THE most impossible existence about. I don’t even know where to start. To be quite frank, despite my continuing story spanning a couple of years, it all happened so fast. One year I was a nerd and a dreamer with no direction in life, the next year, I start talking to demi-gods, killing demons, chatting with faeries, astral projecting into various planes, looking into the future, and foiling the unending quantity of nefarious plots of an evil demi-goddess and her many minions all on a daily basis. And that is just the beginning.

I do not write this to boost my ego nor to entertain a reader with fiction. I am writing this thingy for myself, first and foremost. I do not know how to explain it. Notagh the Sluagh is to be ignored, for I write regardless of him. I do not ask you to believe every word I put down, but it would be nice. All of the following may seem fabulous, but it is real to me, and to be honest, that is all that matters.

I’m writing this, inspired from Sylar, because it started off as a joke, but I thought it would be nice to keep a diary thingy and to…aww forget it. I’ll just begin.

* * * * * *

A note: I DO NOT ASK YOU TO BELIEVE ME! THAT MEANS YOU NOTAGH AND PSIGUY! IF YOU FIND THIS TOO FANTASTIC TO BE GROUNDED IN REALITY, YOU MAY DISAGREE, BUT AN INSULT IS IN SUCH BAD TASTE!

* * * * * *

Even as a child, I have believed in the supernatural (which turns out to be not a super as one would have thought. I was always told not to put faith in such things by every grown-up I have ever met. No child truly understood me either, so I was basically all alone with my dreams and wishes. This state continued for MANY years, but I never gave up hoping that my dream would come to pass.

At twelve, I first learned of the relatively new religion known as Wicca. Needless to say, I was stunned. I had first glimpsed at the possibility of all I wanted coming true. Granted, Wiccans do not shoot fireballs out of their hands or teleport, but there were other amazing gifts. Precognition, astral projection, telepathy, healing, clairvoyance, and using spellcraft to do things like manipulating the weather, summoning mystical entities to do one’s bidding, and granting wishes were all things available to a practicing Wiccan. And I just ate it up, trying to know what I could.

Then, one day when I was 14, I discovered a spell that would allow one to communicate with faeries, and on Halloween of 2004, I used that spell, and from that day forward, my life was NEVER the same. I was granted fae companions, a water sprite, a dryad, an undine, a gnome, a sylph, a salamander, and an electrical sprite, and through a couple of years, up until early 2007, we shared many minor adventures. More happened, but I will get into that in a moment.

A NOTE: The entire spell I used turned out to be COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY!!!! It only removed the mental blocks necessary to permit continuous contact with the Fae, but in the end, I did NOT need it, as that entire process could have been found within myself. I was simply young and wanted an easy way in, and even that, I was WAY OVER MY HEAD TO BEGIN WITH.

* * * * *

Various media influences such as superheroes, video games, and fantasy TV shows aroused my interest in Psi. Back then, I knew nothing about Magick outside of a few Wiccan rituals, so I thought every power used around was psychic. One day, browsing the internet, I learned the accurate names of various TK powers, and I was determined to learn as many as I could, so I started searching the web for as much info as I could. That is how I found Mytelekinesis.com. I remember my first comment being 'Please put more Hydrokinesis techniques!'.

My name 'Twilar Sylaethus' (twee-lair see-lay-thoose) was actually the name of my Dungeons and Dragons character, and later I learned that my 'name' was actually derived from words in the Faerie language known as Sylvan. At the time I put down that first comment, it was the only name I could think of, so it stayed, and as I became more and more knowledgeable in the Arts, my name became somewhat iconic.

* * * * * *

As I had my first fae guardians, I met a sylph named Airielle, who wanted to be my friend, so I invited her into my life. There was nothing sexual. To make a long story short, she was working for a queen of Faerie. Carabosse, was her name, and she was queen of the Unseelie Court, one of the two most powerful kingdoms in Faerie. Before I go any further, I must profess that at the time, Carabosse was affected by madness that gave her bloodlust beyond comprehension. I also learned that I was chosen by the Divine to be a guardian of Earthworld and Faerie. A protector. The Queen of Air and Darkness wanted my power. She had sent Airielle to spy for her on me, and I only learned of all of this by what seemed to be chance.

For some months after I learned of Carabosse, I found myself struggling to protect various fae in an attempt to keep myself safe. I had learned the queen and Airielle were plotting to steal power from other faerie monarchs to become absolute tyrants of both worlds.As my first task as guardian, I had to stop Carabosse.

Airielle had later transformed into a powerful dark-winged angel under the name Tespari, and I learned that Airielle, and six accomplices of hers, together they were called the seven 'Useirias Obulas', were manipulating the mentally unstable queen as a pawn in their plan.

I must backtrack now. A year before I learned of the Obulas, I had discovered a portal into Faerie, but was assaulted by the portal’s guardian. I barely escaped with my life.

A year after the attack, I was much stronger in my powers now, I returned to the portal and killed the guardian with Electrokinesis. It was a difficult battle, but in the end, I succeeded. The late guardian was soon replaced, as I had learned the portal would have taken me directly into Carabosse’s palace, making it a powerful asset to both parties. Upon speaking with the replacement, I converted him, and he prepared an Unseelie counsel in which I was to speak. My plan was to start an upheaval in the Court which would result in the banishment of the Useirias Obulas. Instead I received an audience of Carabosse, herself. We were engaged in a fight that lasted for quite some time, but it ended when I lygokinetically broke her staff of power and my sylph friend, who had done some spying of his own, showed her how Tespari and the others were manipulating her.

Carabosse broke into tears and later decided to make up for her madness by hunting down all seven of the Obulas. I soon later had the seven put to death. I had just saved the world.

* * * * * * *

I do apologize. Many of my events are NOT in order, as, like I said, it all happened so fast. The next story happened before I battled Carabosse and killed the Obulas.

I have told of a great adventure, that in Faerie may become some epic ballad to be remembered by every troubadour forever. I must now speak of some of my experiences on the site. Now, those who were here before the site crashed would remember the article: 'Twilar Sylaethus-the horrible truth', and that was possibly one of my worst moments here.

Here is what happened. I am always an advocate of using PK and Magick peacefully. Always, but at the beginning of the site, and now to a lesser degree, many kids just wanted to learn the powers to impress friends and beat up bullies. I will admit that I wanted the same thing at several points, but it takes much maturity to realize that there is more to the Arts than simple revenge and personal gain. And despite my many lectures, and information, my fae guardians were teaching me after all, some people would not listen.

One in particular, Dequan, simply would not understand this fact. I go onto the Umbrakinesis article, one day, to find in the comment box that Dequan wanted to learn to make a shadow ball to hurt someone. I calmly replied that he had no understanding of the Arts to make a request like this, and should examine his motives of learning before he went further. Well, needless to say, De bitched at me like a woman with PMS. So, being young and not knowing any better, I bitched back. I never got an argumentative comment back. Instead, I received an article written in my name saying that I was a filthy liar with no true information on PK. At first, this is hard to put down, my heart raced and my body shook as if someone put a gun to my head. I do not know why, it just happened. It was the first time it happened, and I was petrified.

I calmed down afterwards, and my guardians decided that I should put a peaceful resistance against the article. Their words, my hand typing it, for they could not do it themselves. I had it all planned out, but the plan came to a halt when I went back to the article to find that some imbeciles actually believed I had written that trash. My plan changed drastically, but I was saved. A couple of people in their right minds defended me. One in particular, Psionintraining, protected my honour. I remember his words exactly. '…This article is nothing but the mockery of a Great Man…'

That was really all I needed. After that comment, and many mindless imposter-ing on Psion and I, the slandering dissipated until the article was gone. Later, more slander came, first from Psiguy and Butt-head, and later Notagh. And while both bothered me immensely, none of them were as bad as Dequan that one time. I really could go on and on about this, but I will not. There are more important things to tell.

* * * * * *

I am sure all the readers have heard of Peter Pan, (my Goddess, no one will believe this), but not that many know of what he truly was. Those who have read the book 'Peter and the Star-Catchers', will be more knowledgeable. Here is the thing, many of the things in that book happened, as the Youth of the Never-Isle (as he was truly known as) did live two hundred years ago, and the book has most of the boy’s origins correct. The Youth was an orphan boy who was exposed to too much Glimmer-dust (aka Faerie Dust) and as a resuly, did not age and could fly. The Dust was an incredibly powerful form known as Starstuff, some of which smothered an island he was shipwrecked on, transporting it into Faerie.

But why am I telling you this? Simple. While meditating and soul searching one night on the meaning of my many dreams where I am flying, I discovered that the Youth of the never-Isle was one of my past lives, and because of this, I learned an incredible ability I could use in the astral realm. The power of levitation, which later developed into flight.

I astral projected into Faerie soon afterwards, and my flying took full force. I zoomed across the Never-Isle at incredible speed, releasing star-stuff and expanding the landmass of the island and creating fae to no end. It was possibly the most incredible experience I have ever had.

I AM NO LONGER THE YOUTH! I DO NOT THINK I AM IN ANY SENSE OR FORM! IT WAS IN THE PAST, TWO HUNDRED YEARS WORTH! IT IS ONLY THAT PAST LIVES AFFECT FUTURE ONES, AND WITH THIS IN MIND, JUST… JUST DON’T BLACKLIST ME AS THE PSYCHOTIC MORON WHO THINKS HE IS A BELOVED LITERARY CHARACTER.

Little did I know that later, the Never-Isle would become a catalyst for a greater mission than I could have anticipated.

* * * * *

Early in the year 2007, I discovered a way to better speak with the metaphysical world, giving me a wider scope of my power.

It was through this that my magickal experiences continued. Now, one of the things that first brought me to all the magickal world was actually a Disney film. 'The Little Mermaid' to be exact. (Goddess, this is so embarrassing.) The whole of Ariel’s undersea world was my first initiation to all of the rest of my life. I loved the Merfolk, and wanted with all of my heart to be a merman, or at least have a mystical ability and go to an otherworld with that ability. I had no idea that I would get all of that.

(Sorry, but I am having my events mixed up and must backtrack from Ariel for a moment.)

Sometime in April, I learned of the Welsh God Math fab Mathonwy. One of his myths was that to retain his kinghood, he had to use a virgin’s lap as a foot rest when he sat at his throne. (Which did turn out to be COMPLETELY overexaggerated!) Instead of a deep meaning that most folklorists found in this myth, I saw it as a sort of s3xual initiation into his bed, this virgin thing. Apparently, in his many years of life, Math had taken hundreds of lovers and fathered thousands of illegitimate children in Faerie.

On talking to one of his past faerie lovers, a remarkable Fair Folk woman named Lilas (floklore will remember her a Blodeuwedd), whom I had saved from a Roc, Math…I cannot get into many details. The important fact was that I saw a mental picture of this man and lusted over it like many young girls fantasize over celebrities, and that he developed his nymphomania due to a great loss in his heart almost 1500 years ago.

I did not know that a great force had sent Cupids (angels of love) to me to fill my loneliness. It so happened, that in yet another past life I was Math’s true love, a forbidden affair only the greatest romance novelists could put down, and that I was tragically murdered, ruining Math for the next one and a half millenniums.

Coincidentally, my murderer was one of the Obulas, whom I later sentenced to death. Freaky, huh?

The unseen Cupids arranged for Math and I to reunite, (One person from a past life will look exactly the same in a future life, as a note) and while it was awkward at first, it really was love sparked. Unseen to my family, due to Math’s invisibility, he lived with me and we truly were…sorry I am too mushy.

There was a problem. Only at certain times could I actually see him, and I could not touch him at all. I could always sense him though, so he could be with me always. That problem, however, did cause trouble in the relationship. It caused my promiscuous side to come to full force.

Finally, I return to the Little Mermaid. Now, a month or so before I defeated Carabosse and killed the Obulas, I became initiated in all things mermyd. My learning of the Obulas brought me to one of its members. The Sea Witch, Azori, who was involved in the actual happenings of the true Little Mermaid fairy tale. (Remember the Fableweave? That force brought fairy tales to reality, including Hans Christian Andersen’s most beloved story.) Apparently, Azori was intent on destroying the entire empire of the Merfolk that existed in the waters of Faerie.

Now a mermyd junkie like myself, who was charged with protecting Faerie, would not stand for this. I had no way to track Azori, so I got some help. I conjured the aquatic Daimon known as Vepar, to hunt down the Sea Witch and foil her plots. In short, my mission was an absolute success, and my reward for masterminding the whole event was a chance to visit Lemuria, the capital of the Undine empire in Faerie, and to swim with my beloved childhood figures, as well as a high rank in the nobility (which has since expired, but I still visit Lemuria every now and then).

It was there, astral projecting into the watery realm, that I met the Undine Queen Nicksa, known by her friends as Nyxie. To make a long story short, she was stereotype of the Disney film’s title heroine, and I fell in love instantly, regardless of Math. (Hey, I never said I was perfect.) I later impregnated Nyxie, and the child would have inherited Lemuria’s throne.

I had several other boyfriends. Oberon, king of the Seelie Court of Faerie. (I had met him earlier, and after a short-lived divorce with his wife, Maeva, aka Titania, he stayed with me for a while, and I got close.) Eros, the winged archer, child of Aphrodite. (Yes, he is real, but he is not a winged baby wearing a diaper. That and Psyche, his mythological love had passed away.) Darius, diabolic prince of Hades. (He was not evil in any way, shape, or form. As a Devil, he was merely an embodiment of darkness, while Angels are embodiments of light.) And several others that only lasted a couple of weeks.

As to Math, Nyxie, Oberon, Eros, and Darius, I fell for all of them, but in my heart I knew I could not make it last with all of them. I knew it was wrong. In the end, I chose Math, my literal soul mate. It was a good thing too. Oberon and Maeva reconciled. Eros was called into work charging the Cupids, and could not make time for me. Darius got caught in the flux of Light and darkness colliding, and needed to do soul searching. Nyxie lost her baby, and we split up soon after. All of this happened after I chose Math, and we have been together ever since.

I still am friends with all my past loves, at least most of them, and we meet every now and then.

* * * * * *

Now around the time that I started courting Mathion, a problem came upon the site of Mytelekinsis.com, you have probably heard of it several times, and I, personally played a huge role in it, despite many objections and skepticism about such an occurance.

Yes, I speak of the War of the Winds. Now a member of Myteekinesis.com, called NaiGod, at the time, later known as Sylar, started challenging inexperienced members of the site to distanced sparring matches. He claimed, which turned out to be true, that he could mimic the psionic talents of others for extended periods of time. I, personally and somewhat precognitively, saw danger and doom to others in NaiGod, and wanted to stop him. So, I told him to cut it out, or I would send some astrals to punish him. Now, he did not appreciate this at all, surprisingly, and also realized that he could not absorb me at all, claiming that I had no energy signature to begin with, supposedly making me a liar and a fake in all aspects. As it turns out, he simply could not sense my power as it truly was not psionic, it was Magickal, but that is besides the point, which was what he needed for his own power to work.

NaiGod, continuously frustrated by my 'efforts' decided to form a group, called the 'Psiconauts' (I know, VERY original) with the intention of having members 'get rid of...' me, to put it politely. While there were a couple of members, the only two truly powerful members were Sylar (as he was then known), and Terminox (known later as Harvest). Both were being manipulated by dark forces, Termy was infact suffering from a Diabolic possession, which after the war I did clear up. The other, Sylar, had... I will explain later.

Soon the dark forces controlling the two Psions, forced them to use their combined powers to try and conjure huge storms to attack various countries, and I would not stand for it. Some members, mainly Psionintraining, and Shyler (Goddess, bless her soul!), did not want to literally fight it but reach a truce of peace, which I did not understand personally. In the end, I decided to take them on head-on, and it did work, sort-of.

At the time of The War, I had no skills in using my powers long distance to someone I had no idea how to contact. (The astrals I planned on sending, knew where they resided, but wouldn't share the information. Sadly.) So, I had to turn towards the other members for help. I published on this site, some spells that would weaken and restrain the 'Psiconauts', hopefully weakining their hold on their own powers, so they could not continue their schemes. And I then, had several others start reciting the spells to increase their range, to the point that I would have a larger effect on the group. I then went into heated arguments with Sy and Term on the Shoutbox, hoping to get them to back down and to weaken their morale. I must admit, that such activites, in the end were Incredibly exciting, to no end, and I lived up the idea of trying to save the world.

The weaker members lost themselves, in a way, and would not continue. But the main two would not relent. I was sensing that their power was weakening, and I taunted them on this but it was not enough. I needed something more to help, and that help came in the form of Shyler, who finished off the whole thing.

She, in fact, spirit dived the two members, making them realize how they were harming others, convincing them to stop. I do realize that Shyler would not have been able to penetrate them, had I not weakened them first, but it was still she who did it. The remaining members called a truce, and started acting friendly towards others again. End of that part of the story.

After learning of all of this, one of my higher guides met me and "congratulated" me for helping to save the world.

* * * * *

Now, around the time I had defeated Carabosse and the Userias, and discovered Lemuria, I had difficulty trying to figure out my own power and the like. No lie. As I frolicked in Lemuria, I actually believed that I would be initiated into further Undine Magick and possibly become something of a mermyd, so I was planning to allocate my skills to the focus of the Mastery of the watery elements. Water, storms, ice, etc, and conjuring a tail of sorts. Yes, I know it sounds a bit idiotic, but A) it was my original dream to be a merman, and B) I was given support by a powerful Undine Demi-goddess: Galina, for such a goal. Another reason was that I was dating Nyxie at the time and had gotten her with child, arousing rumors in the Kingdom that I would be their new king, so I kind of assumed they would start slowly transforming me into an undine.

At that same time, I was approached by a large clique of pixies, in the human world, that continuously followed me for no seeming reason. All they said was that they wished to teach me faerie magick, but I learned that that was later half false, as they had an agenda of their own. They slowly brought me into the little world of true fae magick (as Undine Arts are not truly Fae in the end, they are elemental), and I LOVED it, but did not know how it would balance out with the Undine Magick I was starting to get more involved in.

It was really confusing for me, and it drove Math UTTERLY mad. I feel so sorry for him now, realizing he had to deal with SO much nonsense from me on that area.

Alongside Galina, I had other Demi-gods come to assist me, the most prominent being Sune (aka Aphrodite) the Demi-Goddess of Love and Beauty and Hecate, the Demi-Goddess of Magick. They actually fought over who would truly show me their way, alongside a bunch of others.

But why do I speak of this? Simple, the fact that I had so much support helped me prepare for a huge fight I will discuss in time.

You see as I had a large clique follow me, I also had a bunch of fights come at me. First, there was Lothla, a monarch to the Spider Demons. Basically, she could conjure spiders at me, and could project venomous energy at her enemies from her hands. I beat her by Deflecting one of her poison beams with a shield and having it hit her.

Then there was Azori's half sister who attacked me while I was swimming in the community pool. I got out of the water and sent poison into the water with her in it. She did not stand a chance. Luckilly, no one else was there and the water cleared up after the monster's death.

The third encounter was not a single fight, like the last two, but a huge surge of several demons attacking me in swarms. All of which I killed. If I was overpowered, I would simply summon my astral warriors to help me, and they did help.

After the last of the Swarm Demon attacks, the sprites asked me to be their king of the Never-Isle, (around this time, I was learning of my past life as the Youth). I asked as to why, and they told me that they sensed great danger approaching the Island, and that it was connected to my recent attacks.

Upon preparing myself, I mind projected to the Never-Isle, which i found was under dire distress. Houses were burned to the ground, and dead faeries were in the streets. I called my old Mates and Math, which included: Nyxie, Oberon, Darius, and Eros to my side immediately to help out, as well as every astral guide and guard I had.

There I met Shar for the first time. She was a dark beauty, with terrible black eyes that seemed like bottomless pits that would swallow one whole. She wore Black leather armour, and carried an enourmous sword that could slice a three story building in half with one slash. She was also surrounded by infinite shadows. Shar was, and still is, a truly terrifying prescence to behold. I saw that this diabolical (too horrible a word to put down for the world to see, but that is just how bad she is) was the source of all the evil coming to the Never-Isle.

Regardless of how powerful or dangerous this (BLEEP) might be, I still came at her, trying to eliminate her from ever harming my paradise again. My guards started fighting Shar's Guards (each of them suffered great wounds from their fights), and I went into a climactic Duel with the Source of Demons. Shar, apparently, is an Umbrakinetic of unfathomable power, and more than a match than I could ever be for her.

Her mystical fighting, I barely could block, much less counter attack. It seemed hopeless in so many ways. I tried to bring that (BLEEP) into my world, where I would have the advantage, but she kept on eluding me and then projecting burning shadows at me.

She had me pinned to the ground and was preparing to hack me to bits with her sword. Then, a literal miracle happened. All those Demi-Gods I had become allies with started telepathically guiding me, and soon they gave their power to me, temporaily, so I may banish Shar from the island forever. The energy surge took Shar completely by surprise, knocking her back several feet and banishing the great sword from her. She tried to attack me again, but this time, all super-powered by my patrons, I was ready for her. and as she lunged, I trapped her in a sphere of incredible energy, and used that to destroy the body she was using on the Island, and to banish her spirit from the Never-Isle forever.

In the end, I was considered a great hero on that Isle, and some survivors truly said that 'The Youth has returned to the Never-Isle, at last'.

A note: the Dark force manipulating Sylar/NaiGod was actually Shar whom turned out to be a VERY late ancestor of his!

* * * * *

A little bit after the time I defeated Shar for the First time, my past life as the Youth of the Never-Isle, and my affairs with Oberon, began to strike me in very strange and unnexpected ways. During Oberon's semi-fake divorce with his queen Maeva, he began to spend some of his time with a distant faerie Queen by the name of Oonagh (pronounced: Yoo-Nah), and all were jealous, as Oonagh was supposedly a great heroine in Faerie.

I had not known much about this queen at all. In fact, all I knew of her was that she was Irish and the wife to king Fin Bheara (aka Finvarra), and remained strong even when she was continuously cheated on by him. I had alsop read a MARVELOUS fantasy book by Juliet Marillier titled "Daughter of the Forest", in which Oonagh was portrayed as a villainous Fair Folk sorceress who catalyzed the main events of the book, to which that story WAS partially based on fact, and the true Oonagh was involved.

I greeted her formally, but due to enigmaticity of such a woman as herself, I never really got to know Oonagh, at first. However, that would soon change VERY quickly.

Now, I have always been a fan of the card came: Magic: the Gathering. Pure fantasy, even with really crappy novelized story arcs found in book stores. Now, the faerie race made a HUGE comeback in a block/arc called the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor Block, and to my surprise, Oonagh was in it as the high Queen of Lorwyn's Faerie folk. In the arc, she is called "Oona", and she acts as the Hive Queen that buds insectoid pixies out of the many flowers that grow on her many gowns, and then has her minions steal the energy sleeping folk give off while Dreaming, (it called Dreamstuff, FYI) to increase her own power, and as a Goddess in her own right, uses her own combined power to hold incredible and malevolent dominance over the plane, from her fortress called Glen Elendra.

(FYI, NEVER read the books, as they are TERRIBLE! That and Oona is murdered in the book and is usurped. Just a Terrible ending.)

Of course, Oonagh NEVER existed on a plane called Lorwyn or Shadowmoor or tried to become the ultimate dictator of ANY world, but the whole arc's outlandish description of her had MANY truths to her, which i found shocking. A) She IS, as it turns out, a Demi-Goddess, the Romans knew her as Flora, the goddess of Spring and Flowers; B) She IS the mother of the faerie race, as her womb served as the beginning for the first ever fae folk, the Eladrins, which have since left their world, as well as playing an active part in the creation of other fae, (this was through the will of the Divine, mind you); C) She can conjure flowers used to bud off pixies, to use as her servants, and she does occasionally wear flower gowns like in the Lorwyn arc to further such things; D)She has her pixies Occasionally steal dreamstuff as a tactic to spy on her "enemies", but I personally find that superfluous, as who would challenge the High Queen and incredibly powerful Demi-Goddess of all the Faerie Fol; E) She does own a Distant plane in the macrocosm, as all Demi-gods do, and the most potent spot of power IS called Glen Elendra.

Anyhow, she DID take a particular interest to me, and helped me to break the Clover Effect slightly (as did some of the members of the site under the membership called "The Dark Moon Society"), so that the Fae could have an easier time traversing the worlds. It was only after I leared of her true nature that I really got curious. I thought, personally, that she was just the pretty divorcee of Fin Bheara, but after learning so much of her, I was MORE than intrigued, especially when she showed me her true form as the High Queen of All the Fae. Which IS very impressive to see

A illustration of Oonagh, similar to her true form is availiable at this link:

http://wiki.mtgsalvation.com/article/Oona

She took a particular liking to me, as she said she sees true power ebbing in me, that should come out in time. In the end, she agreed to take me as an apprentice, and She taught me how to create pixies by budding them out of flowers, as well as how to conjure astral Glimmer-Dust (aka Faerie Dust) and use it to influence others, amongst other things. She is still teaching me, and guiding me, and in a later story, I will tell of how she, in fact protected me.

The other Ally was a "gift" from Oonagh, sort of... As it was a true companion. I have spoken of my past life as the Youth of the Never-Isle, and I had wondered what happened to the little Pixie companion the Youth had with him at all times. As to avoid specuation and the like, I will call the comanion Dwynwyn (Dwine-win), as she enjoys the name, and it suits her anyway. Now Dwynwyn is not some ordinary pixie. She is a tough, and somewhat termagent broad with unmatched skills in super-fast flight (her wings are as sharp as razors), and the control of Glimmer-Dust to a Remarkable extent.

Dwynwyn would soon become an invaluable asset to me later on, as well as one of the best friends I could ever have.

* * * * * *

Now around the time I first met Dwynwyn, I became obsessed (once again) with the game of Kingdom Hearts, you know that playstation game in which a guy with the key-sword travels to various Disney worlds to take out Xemnas and the Disney Villains and the heartless? It may seem idiotic to put down, but it was that idea that actually called out to me, strangely. I wanted to see the edge of the multiverse,and all of that, so I inquired as to the possibility of the existence of such a thing coming to pass, an I sure got an unexpected answer. In time, such an occurance would come to force, but in a way NOTHING like the popular Square Enix video games, resulting in the banishment of Shar, the Source of Demons, from the Multiverse.

While such a task sounded daunting, at minimum, it sparked my fancy and imagination like little things could these days.

There was one thing about this, however that did give me worry. Carabosse. You see, Cara was the utter image of the Disney Villain Maleficent (if you exclude the cowl made of devil horns, and the semi-green colouration in her face), making me worry that she might play the villain like in the game. She Could actually take on a Draconic form like in the Disney movie, should she get Really pissed off. Of course, in the game it was Xemnas, ultimately, manipulating her to do those things. It still caused me worry that my reformed friend, and occasional guardian, might in fact become used to further a future plot for evil, although my initial reaction was that it would happen many years later, so I had some time to help Carabosse some sort of an escape plan before that happened.

Around the time of this occuring, Carabosse began a romantic relationship with her best friend, then rival, now friend again, Lilas. And they truly hit it off right away. They were reunited, and carabosse now sane and loving, was able to respond to Lilas's feelings, and they truly do love eachother. However, that romance would be cut short, at least for a while.

I must leave this subject alone for a moment to discuss Shar once more. you see she was SO pissed at being defeated by a 17 year old, she wanted any chance to exact revenge, but a direct assault would not be in favour for the moment. So she turned to a more underhanded solution. She used her power to resurrect Tespari, the Black winged Dylph and Leader of the Useirias Obulas, from her "grave". Of course I was not aware of this event until much later. However, it was too late, when I found out.

Before Tespari was put to death, by myself, she wold always try to give me grief as I rode my bicycle everywhere. Sh would summon winds to slow me down and tire me out, which would be quite a pain. I noticed the winds again, but then there was supposed to be an approaching storm around that time, so i thought little of it. Big mistake. It was after the supposed storm that her winds became even stronger.

Around this time, Carabosse began to dream of Shar and Tespari haunting her to a great extreme. She became more and more frightened by these, but at the same time, she became more determined to protect me. That would serve as her downfall for the time being.

It was a day while I rode my bicycle, Carabosse acting as my bodyguard, that tespari, attacked, and all three of us felt her right away. She summoned physical winds to attack me, filled with dark energy. I tried to shield myself from such attacks but it was too much, as well as throwing energy bolts at Tespari. She was MUCH stronger than the last time I faced her. As I tried to ride to a private place to fight the invisible sylph without looking like a madman, Tespari's winds hit their climax and knocked me off of my bike, and I damaged my hands. Dwynwyn tried to fight too, but a tiny pixie just is not much of a match for a powerful aerokinetic entity, so she hid within my pocket for the duration of the fight. Carabosse, on the other hand, proved to be more capable in the fight than I, and struck Tespari with some piowerful magick, but...Tespari was able to regenerate from many of the dark lightning, and mini-meteor attacks, granting fear upon Carabosse's face. Neither women, however, backed down, and Tespari was able to capture Carabosse, and take her far from me, in the end.

Lilas weeped to say the least. I was struck really hard due to the fact that the Queen of Air and Darkness was taken in protecting me. Now, Shar would use her and from her my weaknesses, to form her into the ultimate weapon against me, and those I loved. I had to bring her back, one way or another.

I had a couple of chances, as Carabosse, now utterly brainwashed by Shar, came after me, but before I could strike her, she fled in a flash of green fire. This happened several times, and the demon attacks against me became more frequent, and a new type of creature, summoned by Carabosse herself, called Shadowspawn, came after me as well. It even went so far as Carabosse capturing most of my allies, with me having to rescue them, and then block carabosse's long distance attacks.

I had had enough of this, and decided to take matters into my own hands, as I wanted to hold all of the cards for once, so to speak. Too make a story drenched in simplicity, I called upon and challenged Carabosse to fight me, to, hopefully, end this nightmare. There was this old battleground in my neighborhood, which was abandoned at nightime, no, not literally a No Man's Land, but a playground in which most of my neighborhood fights were conducted, for a long time. That is where I met her, and challenged her.

Carabosse was more powerful than the last time I fought her. For example, I could not telekinetically throw her into the air, nor could I destroy her staff this time. She was also immune to some of my talents, and could block even more of my attacks. Her own magicks could in fact penetrate my shields, making this a truly difficult battle for me. She did not even seem to be truly fighting me, but instead toying with me, preferring to humor my valiant efforts to, in the end, save her. My own guardians soon joined the fight, namely Dwynwyn and Mathion, alongside one or two others. Dwy and Math were able to distract Carabosse long enough for me to call upon a surge of water, from the swimming pool right next to the playground, and use it to Hydrokinetically knock Carabosse down. I then cooled the water into chunks of ice to slow Cara's movements, but it was not enough.

In one desperate effort, Carabosse grabbed an enchanted knife and Mathion in the same movement, and held the blade close to his throat, threatening to "end his miserable life", should she not get another advantage against me. My allies, mainly my original guards, whom I mentioned at the beginning of my memoirs, had been in similar predicaments, but a simple energy blast directed at the weapon would be enough to save Math. However, that was not enough. I called my energy and directed it at Carabosse only for it to be blocked by a nearly impenetrable force-field created by Carabosse's power. I did not know what to do, at all.

Strangely, it was Dwynwyn who helped to save the day, by using her Glimmer-dust to summon Lilas, Cara's lover, to end this. Lilas, powered by Goddess knows what, that was able to influence Carabosse into lowering her shield long enough for Lilas to sneak in, and use her power to heal a brainwashed Carabosse back into lucidity, and then to release Mathion. While I caught my consort and held him close, Lassy and Niccy, as they had called eachother, embraced, happy to be reunited again.

What none of us were aware of was that Tespari had watched the entire thing and as we were leaving the battlegrounds, Tespari came to grab Carabosse, and caught her. Or so the winged (BLEEP) thought. In fact, Carabosse had planned ahead and created an avatar (aka mystical clone) of herself, which Tespari caught. Carabosse soon afterwards dissappeared to make the avatar illusion intact. I did not realize this at first, and thought Carabosse was still in trouble, but I got a hint and realized this soon enough. As Tespari teleported away, I placed a fiery energetic bomb inside the avatar, which soon enough blew up in Tespari's face (no pun intended). I would not see tespari for a few months now, as she was recovering from nearly being blown to smitherenes.

Carabosse was free, and She and Lilas were soon handfasted, and we had a happy month without any supernatural attacks.

When we return, A trip to an alternate plane leaves Twilar in the grips of Shar's next assasination attempt.

did I ever say that I love twilight ? Edward is so adoreable
By: Twilar Sylaethus
A note: Despite the many things that Are real, Harry Potter is NOT one of those at ALL. No hogworts, or quiddicth, nor patronum spell. That is a waste of time. Besides the books were weak in plot and writing style, and blown way out of proportion the way Twilight is right now.

Is there something that works like the Expecto Patronum spell in Harry Potter? If so, I really wanna learn
By: De'cos
Very fantastic , But I keep getting Shar and Carabosse mixed up lol... Anyway whats with the whole 'next time : a trip to alternate dimensions...' thing?
By: .....
it looks reading this story that twliar just ay be getting more involved in his fights, explainin more detail, or mayb there is more than he is sayin.
By: KaU
There is no way in _hell_ that all of this is true. Just saying. It's possible in the more "float-y" realms, but not on earth. I shall now assume you mean AP, but even that I would have heard at least a little of.

On the other hand, you really should write fanfiction if you have time. The writing style is good, the work "flows", with an expeption in certain places, but good.

Of course, the writers of the MG in fanfiction tottally "ownage" you, but they do that. To like everyone but Meyer and stuff.

I don't think this is a good thing to be here and I don't want to know about. This really is not a part of reality as it being defined as the way it is. It's a imaginary bit of it, but if people start thinking the fae and all are physical, huggable things, it will ruin them. Just saying.

Twilar, the continuation is phenomenal. I have nothing more to say, and I cannot wait for the next one!!
By: psionintraining
Guest. nobody cares about what you "claim" your just some random internet prick, who doesn't like what he read, possibly finds ittoo farfetched, and is now trying to get a legitamate reason, to have it removed. shut the hell up, and stop being a jelous prick.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
Guest you are an ass! I never even finshed the book, for starters, and from where I last read, pyrgus, Who is NOT real, broke a window of the school to steal some equipment. Tell me, how is my story, based on my True experiences, based on a fictional book? Please give me an example if you are so smart.
By: Guest
This is a fake! A plaigairism! I have read the book "Faerie Wars" By Herbie Brennan and this is an EXACT COPY OF IT!!!!!!!! The characters are all different, but the whole plot is IDENTICAL!!
THIS IS A LIE!!!

iiff yourr ssuurreee =D jk
By: KaU
GaMe, you didn't pwn anything.

There is no argument.

*grins*

Dwynwyn? That is why I did not give you her nickname in Faerie: Tink. But, there are many similarities between Disney, J.M Barrie, and what happened to me. Just FYI. Do not worry, she is not going to sabotage a young woman named Wendy at all! Nor will she side with any pirates with hooks for hands, nor will she singlehandedly make a ship fly with glimmer dust. That and she CANNOT make others fly with her dust.
By: de'cos
its just that the Dwynwyn character was somewhat close to the fiction storys of peter pan,not to mention the whole thing is fantastic,its nothing that needs to be cleared up
By: Twilar Sylaethus
Justcurious De'Cos, what is so hard to believe? I may be able to clear that up.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
My bad. I did mention how Oonagh helped me with that, if that means anything.
By: de'cos
glad to see you'v updated this,it does get a little hard to belive,but i feels wrong to not belive it,anyway hope you keep us updated,i was particularly interested in your view on the war of the winds

By: psionintraining
what of the darkmoon twilar? forget not all those who helped you in your efforts to take down the clover effect.
By: GaMeRrEmAg
Lol @ KaU

Seriously twilar, why the hell do you have to go out of your way and help people understand what youre dealing with??? you post a picture of Oonagh to show how incredible she looks?

lol @ me pawnin kau's debate.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
I just thought it would be cool, to show, sort of, what I was dealing with. That is all.
By: KaU
Never mind.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
Excuse me?
By: KaU
But you did.
By: Twilar Sylaethus

I know you still love me AND my story! *Blows Kiss*
By: KaU
Ok........

"feroiciously evil being"

I'd rather not hear about this anymore.

At all.
By: 0001
Oh. I tend only to read the main story. Lol, oops.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
Oh, and I am glad to give you all inspriration and hope, and thank you all for your support.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
I get it Lolzay, Sorry to be bother. 0001 I put my email, the: faerieworlds2@live.com at the bottom of the article. As to that, you, and all others interested in my affairs, just use the email address to reach me. Cannot wait to hear from you.
By: Lolzay to Twilar
Well, what I personally find hard to believe is the bit you mentioned about Demi-Gods, as I am a strong Atheist and where you throw in some Greek Mythology. Other than that, I believe what you say and agree 100% with GaMeRrEmAg.
By: 0001
Ok, I'm in Twilar. I specialize in beams and psi strings. Now if only I could Project... Anyway, I also normally come up with my own attacks, and am slightly unpredictable. I prefer energy attacks to physical. Needless to say, I'm more aggressive in battle than defensive, but that doesn't mean I can't put up a decent shield. What is your e-mail?
By: kinesis_hunter
Well Twilar, great article! I believe all that you said, as I feel like my life is a fantasy(always feel like a cartoon).Also, as your student Twilar, I would like to help in the next war if there is one. My word be my bond. I will help with any wars, by your side, as often as I must. I understand you, and I know that you would need any help you can get, because if that war happens, with increased possesion over more users, it is more dangerous.
By: 0001
Of course I'm interested, but I doubt my parents would care for it. I'm not saying my age, but I know I'm much younger than some of these guys. I'll think about it and see what my parents say. Yes I seem childish, but I'm actually mature for my age.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
Gamer, your words are SO uplifting. Thank you so much!

0001, I can give lessons over the email, on basic energy work, IF you are intreted, and what not. Hope to see you guys.
By: GaMeRrEmAg
Twilar, I do have to admit.. some parts are hard to believe for anyone / general people.

I believe you. I read everything, and fed on your words as they were the sweetest thing on earth. I cannot wait to hear more from you, i honestly cant.

You are the reason why i come here. Your an inspiration to everyone who comes here for good and honest reasons. I wish nothing but the best for you and everyone that is there to help you (Shyler, thanks again for being there to help me, and Psionintraining). I can only hope that one day you can add me to that list.
By: 0001
Ok, I've had it. When I get good at Psichonics and learn to travel between realms, I'm joining your army. Or is it militia? Oh well, you get my point.
By: Shyler
Great installment. I remember only slight comments about this ordeal in emails and such, but never much detail. This is awesome.=]
By: Twilar Sylaethus
Oh, and ASorry! did not mean to single you out.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
I was simply responding to the Fiction comment. Just tell me, I'm curious, what is so difficult to believe? Not trying to condemn you or anything.
By: Lolzay to Twilar
Okay............. I still find it difficult to believe. You have mentioned before that it doesn't matter if you believe in these matters or not but everybody must respect one another, did you not? I'm just double-checking.
By: Twilar Sylaethus
No, it is me, and i did do this, I simply Novelized this part a bit to express how horrible that Shar truly was. That is all. Seriously.
By: Lolzay
Erm..... alright. This sounds quite familiar to a work of fiction and I am a bit skeptical of all the details...
