The Mechanics of wish granting

Some people are asking me what the mechanism behind wish granting is. Its actually very simple.

I have the power to influence time, and fate, as well as probability to an extent. If you wish for an exciting life (not a good wish), I can screw with the future to send adventure your way.

A power level increase is simply me giving you earthshaking amounts of energy.

To break someone free of a binding to Hell, by the rules, which even I have to follow, requires me to give up some happiness from my future. i.e., the more people I free, the more dismal my future becomes. This is why I am somewhat reticent to break someone free. I will not free you if you brought this on yourself, i.e., you made a deal with a demonic. That is STUPID. And bbdeathspark, please don't try to say I can't do this, because right now I am really tempted to put a car wreck in your future, and its getting hard to control myself.
