Telepathy Help

Ughh...i really hate asking for help...but i need it like...its something urgent, can someone PLEASE (i said please which is a rare thing) help me with telepathy, i really need help with it, if you know a useful article, if you got any tips please help me :( i rarely ask for help in such things ._.

every time u think of something/one, ur sending them thought energy, no matter what, when or where it is, across time and dimensions or in front of ur nose, even inside urself (the heart 4 example). I've also heard that if u focus on and understand that thing or person enough, and them the same back, u can communicate between each others minds. this can take a while to achieve. well I haven't done telepathy myself yet, I've only heard about these things, but it can't hurt 2 give them a try
