Telepathy, Mind Reading, Scanning, and Force Thought:

A Basic Primer

Force thought: Telepathically influencing another to perform an action.
Telepathy: Communicating on a pure thought basis, mind-to-mind.
Scanning: A general term for using your ESP to scan another, i.e., to determine race, power, abilities,
native element, etc...
Mind Reading: Telepathically determining things about another, whether viewing conscious thoughts,
or physical characteristics, emotions, the list goes on.

Scanning:
The root of all telepathic abilities.
Clear your mind. Focus on another. It helps to be physically near them, though once you are
reasonably experienced, you don't need to be so, nor even know who they are, or what they look like, as
demonstrated by many users here, myself included.
Focus on them. Not anything around you. Just them. Within a moment or two, you will get a feel of
their aura. With practice, you will learn to recognize individual races. Power levels, and auric colors are
the main things that, as a beginner, you should strive to be able to see without much effort.


Force Thought:
This is the technique I use.
Make eye contact. It's best if you are asking a yes or no thing of them.
The more resistant the target is, the harder it will be.
Ask your request. Look into their mind, and you will get a general feel of what their response will be.

Put all the energy you can into their mind, and use it to wrench their response over to your will.

Mind Reading:
Look at their spirit, their aura if you will.
I'm not very good at this, but I have found this technique to be reliable.
If they have shields, then drill through them. You should get a general feel of their thoughts and

emotions. Further intrusion requires practice, and lots of it.
