Hello Newbie. If you want to enjoy the full MyTK experience, sign up!
-Don't think about the process or what may or may not happen just practice as if its an experiment.
-Relax and enjoy the process of developing telekinesis. (up to 7 months a year if possible) Stop if you get a headache.
-Without believing it is possible it will not manifest, When you believe you can move objects with your mind.
-Focus all your attention. There is no room left in your mind for thoughts of what you had for dinner last night. Just think DEEPLY about what you want to happen.
-It is easiest to start with light objects such as feathers or candle flames or a glass cup.
-Find a comfortable position to sit and relax breathing effortlessly. Open your eyes. Let the days thoughts go At the moment when there is no separation between you and the object and you actually feel its energy- move it.
-After you are done practicing, (or you get a headache) When practicing TK, for good results, open your third eye. It will make it much easier for you. If you want FANTASTIC-FOUR™-type results, meditate first.

What's up kid. With your quest of telekinesis, it's a long process, and you need to keep yourself and your thoughts into this. You are one with everthing on this planet. KEEP THIS IN MIND. PUN intened. But for real man, If you want it,( for the right reasons) you'll get it. It will get stressful. I've been doing this since jan 2011, and it's been one big headache, but I still did'nt give up. FOCUS is the key. I can only move cans or small red cups at this time, but I wanna work on opening doors or moving and stopping cars. I started with the foil ,then a straw,and so on so on. NEVER , again NEVER try to use these tips on , IDK , trying to win the lotto, or killing , doing harm to someone. It won't happen! You will just waste good energy staring at things, i.e looking stupid. O.K let's start.
Your energy is what powers your body and mind. So take care of both, Don't watch, lets say porn. It's cool to watch, but it puts more thoughts in your head that you can't remove. EAT. One of keys of this is to eat food. That's your energy. If you are a vegan, this will be much faster to learn.
(I'm not vegan, so that's one of the reasons I can move big stuff yet, Foods like meat slows our bodys and minds down because of instinct of eating. Yeah, telekinesis goes pretty deep into your mind's physc, but with good reasons. Don't forget this.This is where the stressful stuff comes from. LOL)
Become clam and still. Once you learn this, you can start to work on doing telekinesis while in motion.

This is wonderful. I am so thrilled that I found this site because I have been using telekinesis for many years now. I always felt alone because so many do not believe in it. It does seem surreal at times, but when we consider how much in the universe is unknown, how can we make claims against anything? I used to not believe it, but I did keep trying as an experiment. It's a wonderful feeling when I connect with the object and know it's going to move. Anyway -- I look forward to hearing from all of you. My next project? Levitating objects: that one is a lot trickier for me. :)

during my telekinetic activities im starting to see phase of ghost like: a feet running 0.3sec with 9 steps going down stairs and i was shocked XD. I stopped seeing ghost when i made to my concience that i want to stop seeing them, and it happened. My other activities didnt fade and im still working on it :)
