none of these are proven, all made by me, if by some chance someone posted one of the techs on this page before me could you tell me and post the site (to make sure you are telling me the truth) so i can remove the tech from this page, i have no skill yet so bear with me, when i use the term "energy" i am talking about any type of energy, i might reference how something should be seen from show, if anyone is successful in doing a tech or have a question post it in the comments, i will update this article every once in a while.

 

power blast- first you should do some type of power up and/or energy summon. after you are really powered up and have alot of energy form a normal energy ball. now put all the energy you can into the energy ball, add an element if you want. try to see it as a psychical and mental attack, feel it as psychical and mental energy. see as solid as diamond. feel the energy get faster and faster. now explode it in huge blast of power towards your enemy.the closer the better.

 

energy form- 

part1- do some type of power up and/or energy summon. now to get the desired amount of energy you should store all the energy you can in a item of your choice. a few days later, power up and/or energy summon, store in the same item. keep doing this for a while, till you stored up a huge amount of energy.

part2- take the concentrated energy and cover your entire body with it, not inside you body, just a thin or slightly thing layer of super concentrated energy, hopefully it is very visible, if not, store back inside the item and do the first part all over again. it has to be visible to normal people too. try to make it as solid and strong as steel. it must be physically seen and felt by anybody and everybody. note:you should have alot of non visible energy left i will explain the uses of that later. 

part3- after you cover your body and fill out the requirements you can give it more of a form. give it ears or horns if you so desire. be creative. change its color to red, blue, green, etc.. change only part of the energies color to make designs.

part4- store the energy back into the item or a new portable item if the previous item could not be easily carried for long distances (i suggest some sort of ring, necklace,etc). now try to teach yourself to always make that form using that energy or teach the energy itself to make that form when ever you say to. so you dont have to go though the whole forming process each time. (possibly you use a portion of the left over energy to do this)

part5- you should also have the energy replace any energy used in the process(visible/invisible) and gather energy from the environment.

part6- now with all the left overs use them to make you faster, strong, to have more stamina, better senses, enhanced abilities, etc. to do this i think all you have to is make the energy flow though your body, energizing everywhere it goes.flowing into the chakras, all the muscles, etc.

part7- opinion add your element(s) to the outer visible form.

summary- the outer form is the physical aspect which should provide physical and mental protection(and it looks cool). while the mental aspect increase your mental and physical performance
