When your Kundalini is awakened and you exercise it daily, you can do that meditation, what opening and developing your dan tiens using Kundalini.

Introduction:

When you training telekinesis, pyrokinesis, telepathy, cryptesthesia or something psychic ability, that power coming from some chakra. Example power of psychokinesis coming out from 6th chakra (Minds eye). If you use televisualization, you use your inner vision and it located in 9th chakra (Pineal gland) or ability of clairsentience coming from 2nd chakra (Sacral). Some chakras have many abilities and when you exercise that chakra, you can use all abilities from it. If you are opened your 3th eye, you can see, that you have not ability of telekinesis, even though it is ability of 3th eye (that help you learning telekinesis, but dont give it to you). But focusing energy of Kundalini you can make that chakra fully opened and then use abilities of 3th eye. Just therefore you must have awakened Kundalini. Can you see what i mean? This is a methods for killing many birds with one stone. Using that meditation, when your Kundalini is awakened, you can fully opened most important chakras for psychic abilities:

1.The first area you must focus on is the thymus gland area by visualizing a purple blue light (like a candle flame on the upper chest below the throat area and above the heart charkra area in the center of your body) about 15 minutes. The purple blue flame should be visualized right there and that it is the size of a candle flame. Then you should expand the purple blue flame of your soul seat through your imagination to about 10 feet around you engulfing everything, during this stage you will feel warmth in that area as well as powerful.

2.The second area of focus is to focus at 6th chakra. Therefore visualize a little golden light the size of your thumb there for 10 minutes.

3.Visualize the center of your brain or head. Just visualize a golden sun there and the size of that golden sun is the size of a ping pongee ball and do it for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes please visualize the golden sun is growing full size of your head and filling your head and shining outwards for about 10 more minutes. Then visualize the golden energy as a golden water spout, springing right out from your head through the crown chakras, like water from the water fountain and go up in the air about 2 feet or 3 feet and then with your minds eye again seeing the golden water coming back down and hit, wetting and soaking your whole body, clothing, aura and organs, skins etc. In this golden energy of water bath and showers will create the light body and bringing back or activate your all your 72 chakras, both major and minor will be open and fully developed.

4.Then focus to your diaphragm and visualize the there is a bright white light at your centre and feel at one with the world around you and the cosmos.

5.Now feel the core star and visualize that the core star is spinning at your center to clockwise motion and see that light energy spreading out through the physical body and blending with every aton, cell, and particle of your physical existence and feel that light energy moving out into the auric layers of your existence. Remember to feel at one with all things living.

If you have enought time, do this meditation daily. You will have many psychic side effect from this method. Telepathy, seeing auras, telekinesis or other abilities. The key is practice!
