strange whispers

there's something that happends to me every night before i go to sleep, i always hear these whispers in my room and there's no way it's telepathy or a ghost because i can phsically hear it and i don't feel any present spirits in the room and sometimes i also get a very bad light headed feeing. so what does this mean, and i need an answer because its also really scary too.

Have you been astral projecting? Sort of the sense of flying... maybe your hearing them and not seeing them, because they dont want to scare you... make a salt circle around your bed... or use powder from a red brick and sprinkle it at your door, on the entrance to your room... they wont be able to access you any more. And on your window sill if you have one.

Same thing happens to me only sometimes, most of the time, I feel them. Last night I clearly heard "help me"but when I asked I received No answer

i remember when i was young and a spirit would do the same thing if i would tell her to stop she would...but she would stand at my door and stare at me. so just ask and see if it stops.

or u can also set rules like i did at my house. no spirit could enter a room if the door is closed or locked they liked to mess with my sister and stare at her when she was asleep lol especially Vincent the little boy that calls me mom lol but like i said dont' be scared just try and listen and figure out what to do from there ok ^_^

it most likely is a spirit they u sometimes don't feel them if they r weak but they can speak it doesn't take as much energy for them. don't be scared the next time it happens just listen and try talking to them see what happens and like shadowsage said if u don't want them there just tell them to leave or make a barrier

it could be a spirit passing through. i can smell when i have a 'guest'. have you tried making a barrier? that helps me when i want to be alone or sleep.

it is probably some device from a pranker,or maybe a spirit not nearby but telepathic
