Strange eye twitching thing

Hey guys, every time I close my eyes just hard enough, they start to twitch violently and sometimes they close shut so tight it hurts, they do all this by themselves. This makes it hard for me to meditate, centre myself, spirit dive and tons of other things. This all started since the event from my last article (http://www.mytelekinesis.com/spirit-dive-didn--t-go-as-plannedzaverick.html), this never used to happen before, would you guys help me out please?

Yeah they do that. It's normal. It called fluttering eyelids I think.

This happens to me every time I close my eyes.

You don't have to close your eyes to meditate. Just have them slightly open, or at a point to where you don't have muscle spasms.
