Spirit Guide Experience - Thoughts?

So..... I finally got around to trying to meet my Guides, and I think it was successful, but I wanted to know what you guys thought. I was in a very relaxed state, but I could still conciously think.

The Guide that I met was female, and appeared to have large feathery wings. Her wings seemed rainbowy, but I didn't pay that much attention. Her hair was fairly long and light teal. I kept relating her face to an anime face (I don't really like anime). When I asked her what her name was, an image of a skyscraper flashed in my mind, and when I asked her again, she said it was Empira.

When I asked about my element, she said 'Air, light and free, for you could never be confined within the restraints of society.'. When I asked about my race, she said 'I'd rather not answer.'. I also asked if I had other guides, and she said that I have 6 others.

I ended by pulling out a piece of paper and a pencil, and asked her to guide my arm and write some words of wisdom, and I got this:

'When it comes to the light of knowledge, belief trumps all.'

So, what do you guys think? My mind or my Guide? Now that I think about it, everything I thought was in my voice, yet if it was her speaking it was her voice.
