Hi, actually, it could be lots of things, have you had someone in your family pass away recently, or change the direction how you sleep in your house? Most entities manifest on your emotions, others are passby travelers, your not telling us everything, you do when you sleep!!!

Do what I do. There is a girl in my bedroom that seems to be lonely or sad and usually disappears if I look at her. I just say (out loud) that I f not mean any harm to her and want to help her. Try to become friends with the ghost, maybe even name it. Or ask it for it's name.

Its possible thats its wat is called a stalker soul a soul stalking you and wanting to do 3 things (i haven't try senseing your power level for a negative presence) 1)it could just wanting to take over your body(try not astral projecting until its fully gone) 2)it could might want to scare you and make your life miserable by starting off small(if this i suggest destroying it or do an exorcist) now the third one 3)it might want to rape you or have sex with you and after its done with you it'll imediately murder you or slit your throat depending its intention now i might be wrong but just incase i will sense you first

do you feel drained after it touches you? if so then you have a parasite, also does it feel negative or more like its sad? i'd make a trap if it continues to harass you.
