First you have to meditate for about 10 minutes, but the longer you meditate the better. Next visualuze air molecules, which carry human speech, all around you. I usually visualize it as the static on the TV when you change it to a channel it does not carry. Anyway visualize it all around you, now feel it, don't just see it. Now here is the fun part. Gather the air molecules into a ball in your hand, pick your target, and blast away. Don't blast towards glass; it has the same effect as a high-pitched sound.

I honestly believe most of this kinesis stuff is legit, I mean the average human uses like is if 10 or 30% of their brain, well what lies within the other 90 or 70%? I mean yeah is it possible to become a living embodiment of sand or water even with biokinesis, without dying? No it's not, but I know that if you train your brain and with lots of dedication you can do stuff like pyrokinesis, and etc!

So, kinesises, real shit. Is it limited to people? No. But, only the people who aren't egocentric, like Disillusionist, cannot learn this unless they snap out of the ego state. The whole point in learning any kinesis is imaginations and visualization. Anyone can learn psychokinesis and other kinesis with a lot of practice. A lot of practice as in a shit load of practice. 3 months for psychokinesis will get you barely nowhere. The more you practice, the better you get. The better you get, you create a domino effect. Thus, your ability of learning psychokinesis is greatly enhanced, multiplying every time your practice.
So egocentric people, shut the tuck up. Stop and think about others and not about yourself (opposite of ego).

disillusionist, kinesis in any from is not unlimited{no shit} if you wanted to electrocute people even in in the minutest form like getting shocked by static on a trampoline, it would take you at least a month and then you would only be able to blast it like twice/thrice a day i seriously hate it when people spam bull shit on nice sites like these because they dont believe what we believe and i believe that is like insulting a religion or a skin color! so please dont spam shit on tk websites to downput them NON believer.

Have you made a psi ball? If so then the ball should be just like that. Though I do not use sonokinesis, I would think that once the ball is made you program it kind of like a psi ball.
