im kind of new at this, but i have known about telekinesis for a while. i decided to try it a little. i practiced only a couple of times and when my hands get to close to each other they start to heat up. what does that mean?

Yes, the heat is from expelling energy into the space between your hands, whether consciously or not.

Yeah as marco said it is the energy in your hands, but it cold also be your body temperatures, remember we are warm bloodied. lol
