@dreamgirl ohh haha. To get ur wings, heres what i did; first sit down, close ur eyes, and imagine a golden halo that surrounds ur body, and have it stop about a couple inches above ur chest. Then imagine the halo stretching down to ur feet and creating a golden wall that surrounds you. Then imagine in front of you the wall is splitting at the top and bothe sides are pulling in opposite directions, creating a "zipper" like affect and creating a point the further iy goes down. once the split gets down to the very bottom, imagine each if those wings start to take form and shape into wings, don't force the shape, just let it happen. It'll be made of pure energy too. Then once you've made them, keep ur eyes closed and try to feel where they connect at ur back. Get a feel for them. Try to flap them gently. My wingspan is about a foot greater than my total arms length. Theyll get bigger over time in ur life, and you may developed more wings over time as well, depending on how good you are at ur job/ ur rank.

Haha I'll email u dreamgirl haha. @jax relax ur body first. Do that for a couple mins first, maybe even meditate for a couple mins, then put ur 1st and 2nd finger and put it where ur third eye is. Focus in that area, and blink 3 times take a deep breath an hold it, blink three more times (while still holding ur breath) then let the air out and remove ur fingers. Blink ur eyes and try to feel ur third eye blink with them. Then close ur eyes and try to only see with ur third eye. U might see a color or two when u look with it during this to.
