shadow comming closer

theres a shadow above my bed that moves. i can get closer or fearther away when nothing moves.  when i close my eyes its next to me. once it was right next to me. on webcam its visable and a few have seen it. it's starting to give me the creeps.

i know that its not here for good resons. it may hurt me and i dont want it there. what shall i do? i have a no killing rule too so this will be hard.

I have similar things happen to me :( the other night i woke up and opened my door, to find a shadow standing directly in front of me :( next thing i remember, i was standing outside :(. I have been living in this house for the last 10 years, and i occasionally see something starnge every now and then. Within the first few months of living in this house, i experienced a sensation in my body that till this day i cannot explain.....it was sort of like i felt light weight, and i was someone else :-/ then all the lights blew in the house! :(.

You can use Telekinesis when you're angry right? Get very angry and direct a Telekinetic burst at it. That might work. Photokinesis would work better though.

Fight it! Don't let anything or anyone hurt you. I've had to deal with similar problems, and when I fought back, the spirit in my house was gone for good.
