Releasing Gates

hi, im kaze, I have the ability to go into the spirit world goodand talkto to spirits. A wind spirit told me about spiritual gates and how to unlock them. first get in a meditation stance any is good . then visualize a sealed circle around you while your meditating. if you dont know what it is go to my previous page and read about it. their is a gate for every psychic ability like aerokinesis, pyrokinesis, cyrokineisis, and hydrokineisis. but some of them like sonokinesis and atmokinesis requires you to unlock the the gates the resemble the abilities of that kineisis. lunarkineisis, electrokinesis all have gates. the no end to what you can do if you unlock these gates. when you see the circle visualize the element of choice all around your 8 times. like if its wind there will be 8 tornadoes around you. get what i mean. then when their all around you the gate will be released and you will liturally feel the element. thats how you release a gate. Gates are the base to doing great things.
