hi i just recently made my first psi ball but i need to know how long would it take to really make powerful psi balls that you can feel intencly between your hand?

really powerful ones would take a year of true dedication and then you can blast things physically with proper training

not much time. personally, i started feel it clearly after couple of days/weeks if i remember right
