Question For The Newbies (from a newbie)

Have you ever tryed to use ki into a sport and you could see the differens.

Like in tennis, and made a awesome power shot, or in football, and fyred it as a pro.

I want to know if anybody tryed this and sucseeded.(of the newbies)

Because i want to try this as i go and play something whit my brother and my father.

Please, just the newbies should answear. Because i am a newbie and bad at ki so i want to know if this is hard to do as on who have not mastered ki.

I haven't tried it..i'm not a newbie,but i am beginner.To me,when i play volleyball,it helps visualising the ball as a fireball!Lol...

i swear man it works and it rocks i mean when i am playing football i practically shoot a meteor at the goal keeper doesnt work all the time though but yah it works

Depends on the sport you can put ki into you legs to run faster you can put it into your arms to strike better you can put it all around you to sense if someones coming from you behind etc...

I am a trad ki practioner (not radki).So this might be wierd to you.

I too am not a newbie.A beginner.Never tried it but heres a way-breathe in a low breath and will more chi to be taken when you exhale concentrate on the area you want to send energy and will it to move.Never tried it while playing but has done it many times to heal a painful spot.

I've tried it in tennis. I don't know if its worked, but last night I felt 50% drained for about 30 minutes and I have no clue why. Afterwards that time period felt like a second, and I was somehow able to play decently well. I'm not a newbie when it comes to energy though. The only issue with doing it in sports is the focus required on everything else. You would have to either set something up before and have it run during, or be able to multi-task really well.

I usually feed of ki when I run for extra energy. Your mind is your limit.
