question: energy wave approaching our world

I was reading something on this website saying an energy wave is approaching are world that will effect only people who train in this type of stuff. It was under Random powers Emerging by NewTman. The comment was by Chayil. I would like to know more as i believe most would and if my article called elemental switch would be from this as well.

There has already been smaller effects that's happened. It's not just going to be like a switch flipped.

The energy wave from what I have seen, is a random harmonic variance, originating far away from Earth, that by chance is going to wash over Earth. It will not be detectable by human, scientists, but us people with power will know what has happened. Essentially, for a while at least, psionics and other forms of psychic power will become more accessible. My advice is to enjoy it while you can, because it will not last.
