quantokinesis and sound
is anyone fairly good at quantokinesis? i understand the visualization part, but do i need materials to use to get the item i want? also is there a tech to block sound? say to block outside sound so you have a quiet room with no outside noise? any insights would be appreciated.3 Comments

I'm making this technique on the fly, but practice the sonokinesis page so you'll get the context. Try making a psi or ki shield and connect with the sound in the air. Visualize the shield as a force field and sound as TV static(hopefully u know what that looks like). See the static bouncing off the shield. Hopefully this works for you!

I don't know if there's a tech to block sound, but that would be sonokinesis.
