pyrokinesis-is this possible?

I already used the search bar. I want to know if it is possible to create a flame using this tech. Create a psi ball in your hand. Compress the psi ball then program it to be flammable. Last you heat it up until its ignites. If this is not possible can somebody tell me a tech that is?

fire needs oxygen fuel and heat it needs physical fuel.

fire needs 1-oxygen 2-heat 3-fuel
you can use your energy instead of both fuel and heat or even you can create fire with nothing just energy! every thing can be possible if you believe that it is possible.

what people forget is that fire needs fuel to convert to energy, you can just give the flame energy and it'll work the same. That said the amount of energy required is huge just for a small flame.
