my friend is training in pyrokinesis, fire mana manipulation, and fire forcecraft. however he is not getting any results and he is getting slightly discouraged. what are some things he can do to train better. This does not have a password so plz edit the training section and plz be as precise as possible on your technique ideas.

 

Training techniques-

Fire meditation
See yourself in a bright open space. Visualize fire all around engulfing every thing. Feel the fire; it should feel hot, but shouldn't burn. See fire elementals and other things associated with fire playing in the fire. Sense their life force along with your own. See them as another part of you. Sense them that your life force, their life force, and the energy of the fire are all connected. Keep this state of connection for as long as you want.
Once you are done see the fire dim down and the fire spirits leave until it is in complete
