Purification of chakras, nadis and aura

I list methods to fill your bio-energy body with pure energy using mudras, colours, awareness of self etc.

State of Mind

Some easy and simple ways to open, energize, purefy and balance your 7 chakras and 3 nadis with your feelings and thoughts:

Root chakra: Accept that human is sexual being, and allow yourself to be sexual. Do not forget your bodily needs. Be aware of your senses and their messages to you. You live in your physical body.

Sacral chakra: Allow all your emotions flow freely without holding back. Do not try to control or domineer them, even negative emotions. Do not try to keep a pokerface and hide your emotions, show your emotions to others.

Navel chakra: Fell free to be yourself, and act upon what you want. Do not care, what others think about you. Feel strong willpower and be always aware of what you want.

Heart chakra: Human hierarchies does not exist, everyone is VIP. Love others as you love yourself.

Throat chakra: Feel free to express your own ideas and opinions without fearing negative feedback. You can express them through music, poetry, painting, or any other creative way.

Ajna chakra: Do not always rely a insight of someone else. Think outside the box. Use your own mind. Use your imagination.

Crown chakra: See life as a lesson. Try to understand that everything happens for a reason.

Ida, pingala and sushumna: Stay always aware in a moment, and what happens around you. Past and future does not exist, only eternity exist now. You can experience eternity and infinity through meditation.

Colours

Use colors taht you hate or dont like, and try to avoid your favor colors. That is for a reason colours you like, are already in your auric field, but colours you hate are not usually part of aura. Wearing particular color, or only focusing to it we fill our aura by it because particualr colours are related to chakras and seeing/wearing their colors as well opens chakras as well pure our aura.

Example, if you are not connected to spiritual part of your being (you are quite rigid in your thinking), and propably hate colours indigo, purple and violet, your crown chakra is not open yet. Using violet you can strenghten this chakra and become aware of spirituality. Or if you are depressed, you propably like black and grey, and avoid vivid colors like orange and yellow. If so, try to avoid black and grey, and use much orange and yellow. Do you now understand what i try to tell you?

Use clothes with colors you need. First make sure what colors you dont have already in your auric field. Wear colour at least 6 hours. The best color is white, because white itself have colors of 7 major chakras (colors of rainbow) in it. So i suggest you to use much color white, thats the most balancing colour. Remember to use only pure colours, not muddy or dark tones.

Mudras

Mudras are special hand positions. There is four mudras called "four mudra set". That helps to balance energy flowing:

Gyan mudra: The tips of the thumb and index finger touch, other fingers are straight but relaxed.

Shuni mudra: The tips of the middle finger and thumb touch.

Prithvi mudra: The tip of the ring finger and thumb touch.

Bhudy mudra: The tips of the pinky finger and thumb touch.

Effect:

Gyan mudra: Stimulates the root chakra, and grounds. Calms and improves concentration.

Shuni mudra: Helps being aware of the moment, and thereby makes one more patient.

Prithvi mudra: Increases energy, and fosters a sense of inner stability and self-assurance.

Bhudy mudra: Improves feeling and intuition.

Alternately touch the tips of each finger with the tip of your thumb. Keep each connected for a few seconds or longer and do for a few minutes total. Do this with both hands simultaneously. You can, of course, hold only one mudra long period (maybe hours), for example, if you are stressed and fearful, holding only gyan mudra may help much.
