Introduction

You know that here are many, many meditations and they have their own efect to you. I mixed some useful meditations and created 1 meditation, what can make wonderful efect to your energy system. I think it is good if you have ignite your Kundalini, because it is very powerful energy to use cleaning your energy system. But if your Kundalini sleep, do only normal chakra balancing.

Dan Tiens

It is not same as tan tein (center of ki). People have 3 dan tiens; Lower, Middle, and Upper. They are also knowed seals of the soul. Lower dan tien/core star located at diagraphm and here is the place, where is your true me/soul. Middle dan tien/thymus, so, it located at thymus! Center of your souls memory. Upper dan tien/pineal, and it located in pineal gland. There is point, where you are connected to other dimensions.

Meditation

1. Sit down to soft surface, close your eyes, cross your legs and relax. Take couple of deep breaths. Visualize (and feel?) that there is magenta coloured halo or sun 30cm above your head. It beam (white) laser line to your head and it feels warmth. It pure crown chakras all negative energies and then it hit to upper dan tien.

2. When laser line come down to your pineal chakra, visualize that pineal gland start to shine golden light very strongly and visualize that it looks like sun shining inside your head.

3. See that you have halo (around head like saints) now, you can maybe feel pressure in your head or feeling, like you can move your brain. If you want, you can say to yourself that; i am connected to other dimensions and spiritual realms.

4. Then see that laser line move down throught pineal to middle dan tien. Feel warmth sensation inside your chest and see that thymus start to shining purple light very strongly. You can say to yourself; i am social and i have good memory. Then see that laser line move down to tan tein.

5. Feel that your whole body become warm and visualize golden light inside your lower abdomen. Now see that beam move to center of the earth through earth star (brown ball 15cm below surface of earth) and feel that connection between you and mother Earth. Say to yourself; i am here and now, i am connected to my body and earth, i feel secure now and forever!

6. Check and make sure that you are connected to 5 places: Godshead, pineal, thymus, tan tein and earth. See laser line between these 5 centers and feel that you are here and now, in your physical body, with your personality, you have connection to dimensions, and cause godshead is everything itself, you are 1 with everything. If some place have less energy level, check what place it is, and this is place where you need healing work.

7. When you feel ready, visualize base chakra and forget laser line. Feel that there base of this chakra is place where Kundalini can move throught it. See that base chakra change its natural colour to golden and feel that how Kundalini flow through this chakra to your feets and see that your feets become golden. Then do same to sacral chakra, see it change color to golden and your genital region and lower back and lower abdomen become golden.

8. Do the same to manipura, anahata, vishuddha, angyana and sahasrara. When your whole body is filled with golden light, see that light go to your auric field and clean there all negative nergies and see that your aura is pure and golden its colour.

9. Then visualize laser line again, but now only between tan tein and earth. See that laser line come up from the molten core of earth and then ground laser line to earth star. Be 1 with earth star. Then move ki energy down from tan tein through laser line to earth star and fill earth star with ki. Visualize that earth star shining brown colour very strongly and then move ki back to your tan tein, and when it come back, rise earth star to near your base chakra. When it slowly rise to earths surface, you start to feel unstabily and anxious, because you are not connected to earth.

10. Move ki energy down to earth star again and drop earth star to its natural location. Then see laser line between you and earth again and make sure that you are connected to earth. Finally, focus to your lower dan tien. See white brilliant light there and feel Gods bliss. Now expand light energy to your body and feel that your every cell is filled with light. Then move white brilliant light to your auric field and notice that your body and auric field have 2 colors, white and golden. Feel how light you are and in your own time open your eyes.

Note: If you are not imprinted your 7 chakras, your body cant become golden. Colour is rainbow then. But, of course, you can visualize all 7 colours of rainbow in your body and auric field...
