Psions and Religion

So alot of people have been saying that they are quiting or confused if psionics is against your god or gods the answer to this is simply that it depends on how you look at it:

1. The more you question the worse you will feel about practicing psionics.

2. As Faerie King said we are co-creators of the world but only to some extent in my view.

3. I do not know your religion or if you even have a god but as for me I am Catholic so I view psionics as a gift from God so I see nothing wrong with practicing but thats just my belief.

4. Believe what you will but dont stop practicing because of some feeling you have remember we are born with these abilities or "powers"

so what im saying is keep practicing no matter what anyone says its what you believe that counts.

When I hear this topic, I tend to take Magneto's side in the whole mutant vs human thing. I believe that our powers are a gift, from who or what I don't know. If anybody reading this comment and is on the fence when it comes to your powers I urge NOT to shun them, but instead to embrace them as your birthright. The strong have power and, my friends, we are the strong. (sorry if that sounds hateful in any way I thought of it and if just had to go into the post.)

we have our powers for a reason. i see it if God didn't want us to use these powers we wouldn't have them. all things have a purpose, even if we don't understand why...

well in that case, Ive known about my technopathy since I was 3, so I think our powers are gifts, cuz come on, whos gonna convict a 3 year old with being evil and against God? XD

i just recently realised how stupid is chritianity?in my opinion i realised you could do a bunch of bad stuff and then just give money! how stupid? what?like that would help your spirituality!!losing 5 dollars!!!!!!!like you go to the priest and he sais gimme 5 bucks and your out!!!!and then he sais: no i will give you ten bucks now and then i would do another bad thing and i will not have to pay you!!

uh.. Im a bit confused right now lol. I have some research to do apparently. Im not sure why but my mind always feels like it should know as much of the supernatural as I can handle lol. I had actually stopped studying the supernatural for a little while to practice one of my abilities and now I stumble to this site and Psions? A term I never heard of appears XD mustve been longer than I thought since I did any psychic research lol

Catholic and Baptist are 1) Very conflicting and 2) types of Christianity. You aren't all three, you are one, possibly two of them. As for the other thing.. that's not a religion, it's a code of honor. And wtf? Science? I suppose you mean scientology.. in that case, my respect for you is completely gone.

Amen i feel the same way but im both christian catholic and baptist and what is called the ninja and samurai code including science so im like all of them
