Psi Ball

hello, i was training today for the first time to make a psi ball. i have tried erlier to imagine only for 30 seconds, several times, when was not believing. So ive putted my hands in position, so black color would be between hands. after a while, eyes starts doing 'closed eyes fireworks' trick, some kind of halucination. when i definetly had white color halucination and some stronger white little ball moving very nicely in circles, eye moved the eyes!!! all halucinations dissapear after moving the eyes! BUT not this time. i still saw my hands in corner of my view and the same white field, something like a smoke, was there and the same ball moving.
was that psi ball? this means that i can see my psi ball? and how far am i from not seeing, but creating that energy (instead of flashlight etc)? :D

It's diffrent for everyone. You may be able to make "flared"( a visible psi ball) psi ball in 2 weeks, or 4 months. As ohya said, time varies.
