Psi ball tech

this is a psi ball tech that I used to make my first Psi Ball. This tech was taught to me by Zaggy.

Imagine a hollow metal ball in your hand. (you only need one hand) now visulize energy flowing in to that ball out of your hand (and/or the emviroment around you) and filling it up. now you should feel the ball in you hand. The thing in your hand is just a Psi lump, now mold it into a ball and there you go you made a psi ball.
