Prologue.

Prometheus. The Greek demi-god and protector and benefactor of mankind, ever since he stole the fire to warm the dying humans.

Now, in the twenty-first century, a secret underground group have taken up the mantle of protection. These are no ordinary people. These are seven of the most dedicated people in the world. Dedicated to what, I hear you ask. Here is the answer: they are dedicated to saving the world.

They are not what you’d think of as normal people. No, not these seven. They are psions, the psychic people who use the great power of their minds for the greater good. Every day, they save the world’s inhabitants and nobody even knows.

The group is called the Prometheus Society.

In this group there’s Max, the therian tiger. He is very good at manipulating energy, and is the leader of the group.

Second in command, there’s Eve, a powerful pyrokinetic. She is kind, but fights with equal fury to the others.

In third, there is Isabelle. She can create thoughtforms, psychic servants, which are so strong they can physically manifest.

The fourth member of the group is Lance, the mind shielding expert. He does not like being corrected, and will stick to his side of the story no matter what. He has an iron will.

The fifth person in this seven is Chantelle. She is a hydrokinetic, and can create, but more importantly stop, tsunamis and floods.

At number six, there’s Samantha. She can control others’ minds; make them believe what she wants them to believe.

The seventh person in the group is unknown. Nothing has ever been told about the seventh member, only time will tell.

The reason this group was invented was mainly to stop one man. This man is a danger to all of society. His name is Shade Lockwood. He is a psion terrorist, and can destroy whole countries. He must be stopped. But reports suggest he is on the move…

I cant wait for the full novel to come out. thats what this is. It is not real, no countries have been destroyed lately, psionic related or not. If these people were real, and so smart, theyd know pyrokinesis has nothing to do with psionics. theres so many fallacies in that presentation, even if this group were real, they woulnt know how to deal with any sort of skilled mage, as they dont even know how to classify different types of abilities and magic.
