pointers for beginners in......

Hello I'm a beginner in the whole kinesis business. I have came in contact with two kinesis that i can "manipulate" a little bit, they're telekinesis and prykinesis. Now with telekinesis the only training method i really have is the psi wheel, which isn't going bad but i feel like I'm not getting anywhere with the telekinesis training. As for the pyrokinesis i can...... i honestly don't know what i can do its hard to explain, i guess something like a back and forth thing with the flame.... oh and i can make it shimmy (XD). Again though, the same problem with telekinesis, the candle is really my only training "partner"........ so basically all I'm asking are for pointers and other training methods that worked for you guys. Thanks even a small exercise could help

Thanks jemraider, i have lots of pennies. Koori_shinobi i will, and that's why i asked because its not really a good way because ive noticed the smallest of breezes could move it so I'm going to try the pencil..... do you have steps for moving the marble/pencil or tips Thanks guys :)

Use a marble or pencil for telekinesis. The psi wheel is so easily movable that you might not be making progress. As for the candle, I'd try heating objects to ignition. Continue to grow!

Do a tech called Penny Heat. You get a penny and you focus on it getting hotter by imagining a flame on it. It's great to do this anywhere even at a job or school
