i see mine in three main ways visions, dreams and spirit diving. some membories really effect me and some i dont really care. i saw alot of death and a few births.

If you astral project a few times the memories will start coming back. You could also meditate or use hypnosis but these are less reliable as your mind sometimes makes things up.
