Past life memories

This is my friend's technique (I have not tried this myself and not sure do it even work, but anyway write it here). So the goal in this is to get back some past life memories. Steps:

1. Focus to center of your chest and visualize green sun (heart chakra) there for a while.

2. Then focus to 2 chakras above your head. There is silver chakra and golden chakra (golden one is higher). Visualize they both are getting more powerful and cleaner.

3. Then focus back to heart chakra and see energy beam coming from it and hitting to the silver chakra (continue doing this a while).

4. See an another energy beam coming from the golden chakra and hitting to the silver chakra. Keep doing this a while.

5. Then push energy from silver chakra to heart chakra.

6. Move energy from silver chakra to your brains too and suggest it to allow you remember your past lives.

Also: Can be done with 3rd eye chakra too (so use 3rd eye chakra instead of heart chakra in this technique if you want)!

I do not say this works, but give it a try if interested of past lives.

i somehow agree with mei, bcoz before going to open higher chakras we must have strong energy foundation

Lol, Mei, you don't have to be advanced to get a past life regression. This is the same, just with visualization.

But only the advanced spiritualist can do this. This is quite dangerous to the other psions/psychic. They might will get the self delusions...
