One handed PSI balls

Hi all. I been working on building up my energy and visualization and now I wanted to start the next step with psi balls. I wanted to ask how can I make a psi ball with one hand? Can some please tell me?

use psipog. or, make a shell with two hands, and then transfer to one hand. fill it up.
