Spirit Diving

Spirit Diving is to go into someones (including yourself) Heart/Soul/Spirit. To do so, go somewhere quiet where there is no distractions (preferably outdoors or in a dark quiet room.) and sit or lay down and think of nothing but the body you or someone else's you are wishing to enter.

If you want to see your Spirit... things you should know and want to look for: *first off you have to be in a quite place. there cant be any light at all. the darker the room the better you can see things. also when you are spirit diving make sure theres someone with you sometimes things do go wrong. another thing the extra people in the room must watch the ways your breathing, facial expressions, and if you skin gets cut.* Put your hands on your chest facing up in an "X" shape. Then sit or lay down and think of nothing but your body. Then wait until you see a Door.(but before you look for the key try to see if the doors already opened?)If not Then wait a few seconds for three (sometimes more or less) items to appear in front of you. Find your Key to the Door.your key sometimes isn't shaped like a key shape at all. (It could be any where...) Think what is important to you, and your relationship with the item or items. After finding the Key, open the Door and enter. There should be Stairs or a Slide or even nothing! Then go down and take note on the walls and stairs.(If any.)(look at the colors and patterns.) Another Door is at the bottom. Go in and there will be two more Doors, black and white.

There will also be two figures in front of or beside the doors there are two spirits either you choose the spirit or the right one will choose you.(you might only have one spirit you could have done this when you were younger.Talk or attempt to dive into your Spirit. It may push you out. sometimes the spirit just wants to be left alone.THey might even eat you if you are mean to them *This will help you concentrate on telekinesis* If you want to see someone else's spirit Spirit... Put your hands on their chest yours facing down, theres facing up. Then sit or lay down and think of nothing but their body.(works better laying down) Then wait until you see a Door and wait a few seconds for three (sometimes more or less) items to appear in front of you. Ask them where there Key to the Door is.They may not know (It could be any where...) After finding the Key, open the Door and enter. There should be Stairs or a Slide or even nothing! Talk or attempt to dive into their Spirit. It may push you out. *Tell them all you see.*

I just successfully did this and I have some things to say here... First off, I never saw a door or a key. I start walking and I just kept floating seeing a giant black hand coming to me. I keep going closer and I saw what looked like a face. When I go to return, it felt like somebody was trying to rip off my ear and my right hand had a cut across the palm. Finally, when I looked up, all of the doors in front of my were open when I know I shut them. Any explanations? (Not gonna be doing this thing again. I'm sure of that.)

My door was a simple blue wooden door but the key looked completely weird and I jumped when I saw a buff like spirit stare at me and yet didnt it even have eyes

Lolzay Wow..... I haven't visited this article in ages. My friend, whom currently is being targeting by an evil spirit has an exceptional ability to spirit dive people, including himself. But whenever he spirit dives, he sees a pearl necklace and a foreboding face that says "You have ~~ days to live, and the pearls resemble how many days there are left." Does ANYBODY know what this means? Maybe it is just a hoax....? --------------------- How long has he been doing this? Anyways That might actually true unless he uses biokinesis, or is it a sign he will be shot or run over or jumped down a high place or eat/drink poison?

okay I tried this last night and I saw about 8 doors I sleep with 3 of my brothers all in the same room. Did I go into their body as well I was only thinking of my body and this was about 1:35 in the morning I did not lose any sleep over because I only need about 3:30 of rest and I am all better But why the 8 doors and why weren't there anybody gaurding them I did not fall asleep because my eyes where open and rolled to the back of my head. cbone, that's a step to seeing your aura, whether you know it or not. Everything else goes black or dark pink around the thing that you're concentrating on, and then if you are standing in front of something white, you will see the colors of your aura. The only reason that I know this is because I noticed the same thing that you did.

ive been able to do this for a wile now its a form of umbrakinesis i think? now i can do that in almost bright room and other pepole can see me make it dark. try doing it at night in a dark room but one where you can still see figures practice to get that felling that happens and youl be crating dark in no time

this is kinda wierd.... ok, first i walked into my bathroom and closed he door so it could be dark but i let a tiny bit of light in the room, the i looked in the mirror aat my self and after a few seconds everything goes black. even the mirror looks black.... pitch black.... then i blink my eyes and everything goes back to normal. does any one have any idea what that's about? (try it and you'll see what i'm talking about)
